"So for starters, check in time is 3:00pm, I showed up at 4:15pm, come to find out there was no rooms ready til 1hr and a half later & by the looks of it, my boyfriend and I weren’t the only one that had to deal with this. It was definitely an inconvenience, however they did offer a later check out of 2pm so we took what we could. Now as far the hotel itself, it was very very clean! There was no complains on that end, beautiful! Aside from getting a late room, the hotel met both of our needs. We’ll definitely be recommending & staying again. "

"Location and pools are 10/10. Nice for everything to be brand new with no issues. As for the restaurants onsite, they are much too expensive and limited menu. Only went to the sports bar which has an awesome environment, but very limited menu and much too expensive. The rest of my time at the resort, we left into town to eat. The serving staff at the pools either hate their job or are overworked. Everytime I stopped one to order food/drinks they kept telling me they would either be back or said they would let our area server know.....waited about an hour before I walked to the bad and ordered drinks myself. Terrible attitudes and hospitality in the pools."

"Very clean. Close to the school, there is a shopping center near Chula Vista, two outlets are also very close, and there are countless large supermarkets. . . . The boss family is very friendly. . Although the entire building is already very old, the price inside is very clean. . . The omelet for breakfast is especially delicious! ! ! But remind new people to stay in the United States, American hotels do not have toothpaste toothbrushes and slippers, so remember to bring your own! ! !"
