The location and counter service are both very good. . . The counter staff were friendly and chatty. The hotel also offers group tour programs The only thing I want to complain about is that the soundproofing of the room is not ideal. I didn't sleep well in room 203. I could hear the argument between a man and a woman in the opposite room at one o'clock in the middle of the night. I couldn't control the sound volume at all in the middle of the night. The tenants upstairs could hear the sound of moving chairs, the uncle in the next door room snoring, and even the aunt urging the children to get up in the morning. I gave the service, facilities, and hygiene 5 stars, but I couldn't give the environment the same rating.
