Four of my family went together and the room was upgraded! They were very very satisfied!! Great resort hotel!! Will come again next time!!

The hotel is located on the shore of Qiandao Lake, surrounded by mountains on three sides. It has a beautiful environment and the air is great. The hotel is fully equipped and is especially suitable for family and friends gatherings, dinners and events. It has a warm family activity venue, the restaurant's food is also good, and there is afternoon tea in the afternoon, and a free wine bar, KTV party, dry and wet steaming in the evening... The service, needless to say, is excellent. On the day we arrived, because it was late, Xiao Yu at the front desk prepared dinner for us, which was thoughtful and meticulous. The staff at the restaurant, bar, and karaoke were also very heartwarming, enthusiastic and attentive, which added happiness to our journey!

After comparing the surrounding high-end hotels such as Hilton, I finally chose Qiyue Resort. The whole family lived in a 100-square-meter family suite, which was quite spacious. The resort has a beautiful environment, tasteful room design, one-stop food and accommodation package, and rich entertainment programs. It is worth recommending.

At first, I was still hesitant about whether to book after reading the reviews, but the experience was actually very good! There is a direct shuttle bus as soon as you exit the high-speed rail station. There is a shuttle bus to the lobby at the door. The service is very good and they will help you with your luggage. I didn't expect to upgrade my room during the National Day. Thank you very much, Manager Sun Hao! This room type with a large bed + tatami is very suitable for parent-child travel. The room is very considerate and has slippers and water cups for children. Once you enter, the room is very large with a living room, a cloakroom, and a balcony. The bathtub is also very large! The surroundings are very quiet, so I slept very well! This is an all-inclusive buffet model. After experiencing three meals, I think the taste is still good. There are also bars and the like next to it. Other services were not booked because of time constraints, but the environment of the KTV and chess and card room was very good! In short, I highly recommend everyone to come~ It is very relaxing to sleep and stroll around the lake. It has been added to the next vacation list! (There are also little rabbits 🐰 very cute)

I would like to praise the housekeeper Xiao Yu, who is a very good housekeeper and upgraded us to a tatami suite. The room is large and clean, with a living room, bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a bathtub. This all-inclusive hotel is very cost-effective. The hotel is located on an island, next to the cycling route, and the hotel also has free bicycles. Meals are all-inclusive, and there are many personal entertainment facilities. The children had a lot of fun, which is worth recommending.
