I strongly recommend you experience a stay at Hilton Hangzhou Qiandaohu. It was one of the most comfortable stays ever. Maksim, one of the hotel employees, helped us from the start to the end. As a Korean, traveling in China is extremely difficult because of the language barrier. Although, I speak English, most of the Chinese do not. But, Maksim was able to speak 4 languages fluently; Korean, English, Russian and Chinese. He was happy to answer any questions regardless of time. So, if you are a foreigner considering a visit to Qiandaohu, Hilton is the place, and find Maksim when you do so. The hotel upgraded my room when I got there and prepared a nice welcoming fruit in the room. The hotel has a lot of fun activities, and nice restaurants. My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable memories here.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We ate Western food in the bar every evening (burgers, chips etc) and the food was great. The pool was lovely (the jacuzzi is very warm) and my daughter loved the play room in the basement. Two things to consider: firstly, the boat trip is only short and involves either a cable car ride or a steep walk (I don’t like heights, so we opted for the walk and it was pleasant but would not be suitable for the elderly or very young children). Secondly, we did not know we had to book our taxi to the station the night before we checked-out, so a member of the team eventually booked one for us, as my Didi app would not get us a car, with the hotel being so far out. Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely return soon.

Qiandao Lake Sheraton Family Hotel has a good location and environment. The New Year decoration in the lobby is very beautiful. A good day starts with breakfast. The breakfast is complete. I recommend fresh wontons and freshly made grain cakes. The housekeeper Cora is very enthusiastic. Not only did she contact and arrange the itinerary in advance, but she also took us to check in and experience various room types, which made us feel the warmth of home. There are also many leisure card bars and tea bars on the first floor and various parent-child facilities. The outdoor swimming pool is large and clean. If it were not for swimming in winter, I would definitely go to experience it. The room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, providing a comfortable accommodation experience for me and my family. The room has an excellent lake view. From the hotel room, you can overlook the entire lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery of lakes, mountains, clear water and blue sky. Here you can feel tranquility and beauty; the dishes in the Chinese restaurant on the second floor are very tasteful and cost-effective, and the staff is also very timely and patient. The fish head soup is delicious, and Pianerchuan is full. Next time I come to Qiandao Lake, I will stay at Sheraton.

They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table. 4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

Excellent hotel as always. Room smells good, the sheets are clean, and the wife is happy. The service is excellent compared to other locations in China. They prepared for us a nice gift. The location is not the best, as it is in the city center rather than somewhere closer to the water.

I traveled to Qiandao Lake in late August and chose two hotels that were highly recommended. I had high expectations for Minghao and specially arranged to stay in the second one. The result was quite different from what I imagined. First of all, I was very satisfied with the room hygiene and facilities. It is a newly opened hotel. The sanitary napkins and shower room are separated, and the constant temperature shower is good. What I was not satisfied with was that the balcony of the third-floor room was blocked by a half-person-high wall, and the lake could not be seen from the house. Even now, the balcony is not high enough and is blocked by trees, so the view is not wide. It is recommended to choose rooms on the fourth floor and above. On the morning of the check-in day, the housekeeper called and added WeChat, and sent the arrangement of special summer activities and the business hours of various facilities. The content looked rich and colorful, but it was actually very special. Most of the parent-child activities were set up in a booth in the lobby. No one organized it, and no children participated. The form was greater than the content. The outdoor swimming pool that I was looking forward to was far away from the hotel lobby and could not be accessed indoors. It took a long time to walk under the scorching sun. The road was not separated by people and cars, which was very inconvenient, and it was only open in the afternoon. Some vouchers were given upon check-in, but they all have thresholds. The two free ice cream coupons also have a time limit. I didn't have time to use them in the end. I blame myself for not seeing the activity time clearly. The main playground is not as big as I imagined. I personally think it is less than 3,000 square meters, but it is enough to play. Many areas in it have empty shelves, the carousel is not always open, and the ground in the overall walking area is really hard. Five apples were given as souvenirs when I checked out. The attitude of the hotel staff is also very good, but there is always a feeling of being forced to operate, and I can't feel it from the heart. The overall feeling is that they want to build a high-end hotel, but they only achieve the form, not the spirit. It is not recommended for vacation.

Exceeded expectations. You can book a room on Friday at a very good price. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the expressway. The overall environment is relatively comfortable and comfortable. The room was large and clean. The location of the hotel is very good. It is more convenient to travel and eat. I will go to live for a few days every month. A hotel where you can lie on the bed and see the beautiful view of Qiandao Lake. The 180-degree balcony can see the sunset view of Qiandao Lake. The hotel provides free breakfast and free parking. The parking lot is very convenient. The front desk is served with a smile. Especially amiable. The hotel is just by the lake, and there is a beautiful view of the lakeside plank road. You can take a walk in the morning and watch the sunrise at night.

It is a merely 3 years old hotel but everything looks pretty worn. The swimming pool is nice but not as nice as on photos. The kids indoor playground is nice for kids under 5. But for the rest, it is not really worth the 5 star. The room design is rather weird. We booked a superior family room with 1 queen bed and 1 single. The size is okay with a balcony. But there is only 1 chair on the balcony. The toilet is facing the bed directly and the shower as well. There is no any privacy for the guests sharing the room. Even with your own child, you deserve some privacy I suppose. The wash table is right next to the bed which is also weird. The overall design is not well thought to my opinion. The breakfast hall is huge but the quality of the food is disappointing (not the worst but definitely not best for a 5 star). The lady standing in front of the breakfast hall for welcoming the guests is always grumpy. The price is too high for what you get in general. But anyway, the island is way too pricy for what it can offer. Will not return any time soon. And the toilet in our room stinks a little.

The use of Greenland Platinum luxury brand was enough to show the owner's inves**ent and positioning in this project. However, not long after, the owner resold the hotel to Hangzhou local owner Xintiandi and renamed it Pushi brand. Despite this, the excellent features of the hotel have been preserved. All 82 guest rooms are designed with Hui-style courtyards, which are integrated with the local culture at the junction of Zhejiang and Anhui in the Xin'an River Basin. Each guest room has its own characteristic vegetation in the courtyard. The housekeeper took it to the door of the mansion, and the lantern with the owner's surname 🏮 restored the culture of the wealthy folk houses in Wenyuan Lion City to the extreme, and the stay experience was instantly enhanced. The Hui-style courtyard of Xin'an Garden, where I stayed this time, adopts a three-entry design. The first entrance uses a traditional key to open the door to see the outdoor courtyard. The second entrance is the indoor living hall, and the third entrance is the second-floor bedroom. The traditional wooden house style design instantly brings an immersive Jiangnan vacation experience. The bathroom is large and equipped with a double basin design and a deep soaking bathtub. At a time when cost control of toiletries is popular, it is still adhering to the original intention of using more hygienic small bottles. You can enjoy the hotel's fitness facilities, tour the replica of the ancient city and perform all day. If it weren't for the lack of privacy in the ancient city, it would be a substitute for Amman or Ritz-Carlton Hidden Resort, but the room rate may be only 10% of theirs, how cost-effective it is. In terms of service, three of us checked in, and the front desk took the initiative to arrange for additional quilts and toiletries, greeted us with a smile throughout the whole process, and guided us to introduce the hotel facilities and how to use them, which was very professional. The only two weaknesses are that the quality of the hotel's catering has a lot of room for improvement. During the New Year, the Chinese restaurant only has set meals available and the price of the dishes has increased a lot. The quality of the breakfast ingredients in the buffet restaurant is too low, which is not in line with the hotel's positioning. The swimming pool opens too late, and I hope it will be improved.
