Narada Resort & Spa Hotels in Chun＇an

The resort is very nice, great location. The service was great, we got tea set with cookies and fruit every afternoon to enjoy afternoon tea. Our cleaning lady Hu Quan Juan was very nice, smiling all the time. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed the variety of different dishes and really good coffee (not everywhere available). All in all we would love to stay there again!

I strongly recommend you experience a stay at Hilton Hangzhou Qiandaohu. It was one of the most comfortable stays ever. Maksim, one of the hotel employees, helped us from the start to the end. As a Korean, traveling in China is extremely difficult because of the language barrier. Although, I speak English, most of the Chinese do not. But, Maksim was able to speak 4 languages fluently; Korean, English, Russian and Chinese. He was happy to answer any questions regardless of time. So, if you are a foreigner considering a visit to Qiandaohu, Hilton is the place, and find Maksim when you do so. The hotel upgraded my room when I got there and prepared a nice welcoming fruit in the room. The hotel has a lot of fun activities, and nice restaurants. My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable memories here.

Have a good rest in the Chinese New Year. The hotel has hot springs and beautiful scenery and nature. Staff were friendly and responsive. There are many kinds of breakfast, and foreigners can also enjoy delicious breakfast. If you want to rest from a big city, we recommend this place. We came for a short getaway from hot Shanghai. The hotel was very clean and the room spacious and comfortable. As the only foreign family in the hotel, we were treated very well and helped by the staff to get COVID tests in the town. Breakfast was good and the food and drinks on the menu were really affordable. The main reason to come here is the water park. Our balcony faced directly in the park, which is clean and pretty good fun. Crowded on the weekends! Make sure your room reservation includes tickets. We didn’t realize we had to pay extra and had to purchase tickets on both days. There is no additional pool available, so there is not much to do if you don’t use the water park. There is very little else in walking distance of the hotel, but we did find a few nice little restaurants. Best to come with a car or make friends with a local taxi driver, as we did!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We ate Western food in the bar every evening (burgers, chips etc) and the food was great. The pool was lovely (the jacuzzi is very warm) and my daughter loved the play room in the basement. Two things to consider: firstly, the boat trip is only short and involves either a cable car ride or a steep walk (I don’t like heights, so we opted for the walk and it was pleasant but would not be suitable for the elderly or very young children). Secondly, we did not know we had to book our taxi to the station the night before we checked-out, so a member of the team eventually booked one for us, as my Didi app would not get us a car, with the hotel being so far out. Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely return soon.

Service: Butler Xiao Fang's service is super good. Any needs are arranged in seconds. Let our family have a wonderful Spring Festival Environment: Perfect supporting facilities, there is a pier and a large children's playground. It is close to the city and convenient to go anywhere. Tianyu Mountain is next to it. The lake view is unbeatable. You can watch the sunset on the balcony. It can be compared with many sea view luxury hotels in Sanya The only regret is that the hotel is old, but the foundation is still there, the service is not inferior, and the cost performance is full. It is highly recommended!

Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge. 3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table. 4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.
