It is one of the best homestays in the ancient village. The location is good, the door is simple and simple, the room is clean and hygienic, and the courtyard has a sense of design. It is a hard work. We are a balcony room on the second floor. We can hear the sound of the stream when we open the window. The balcony can see the stars in the mountains. It is a rare view in the city. The service is very good, the store is warm, breakfast has porridge, steamed buns, poached eggs, miscellaneous grains, coffee milk, fruit and noodles, clean and hearty. Dinner is also ordered at the hotel, chicken soup ordered in advance, freshly ordered cold scorpion, lichen scrambled eggs, dried bamboo shoots, braised small fish and green mushrooms. The taste of the dishes is refreshing, salty and moderate, the chicken soup is local chicken stewed, the soup is very sweet, the meat is tight and not woody, the small fish tastes very strong, the green vegetables are not the same as the ones in the city, but they are very fresh and crisp. We ate in the yard and the atmosphere was particularly good.

The resort is very nice, great location. The service was great, we got tea set with cookies and fruit every afternoon to enjoy afternoon tea. Our cleaning lady Hu Quan Juan was very nice, smiling all the time. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed the variety of different dishes and really good coffee (not everywhere available). All in all we would love to stay there again!

I strongly recommend you experience a stay at Hilton Hangzhou Qiandaohu. It was one of the most comfortable stays ever. Maksim, one of the hotel employees, helped us from the start to the end. As a Korean, traveling in China is extremely difficult because of the language barrier. Although, I speak English, most of the Chinese do not. But, Maksim was able to speak 4 languages fluently; Korean, English, Russian and Chinese. He was happy to answer any questions regardless of time. So, if you are a foreigner considering a visit to Qiandaohu, Hilton is the place, and find Maksim when you do so. The hotel upgraded my room when I got there and prepared a nice welcoming fruit in the room. The hotel has a lot of fun activities, and nice restaurants. My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable memories here.

We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.

We came for a short getaway from hot Shanghai. The hotel was very clean and the room spacious and comfortable. As the only foreign family in the hotel, we were treated very well and helped by the staff to get COVID tests in the town. Breakfast was good and the food and drinks on the menu were really affordable. The main reason to come here is the water park. Our balcony faced directly in the park, which is clean and pretty good fun. Crowded on the weekends! Make sure your room reservation includes tickets. We didn’t realize we had to pay extra and had to purchase tickets on both days. There is no additional pool available, so there is not much to do if you don’t use the water park. There is very little else in walking distance of the hotel, but we did find a few nice little restaurants. Best to come with a car or make friends with a local taxi driver, as we did!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We ate Western food in the bar every evening (burgers, chips etc) and the food was great. The pool was lovely (the jacuzzi is very warm) and my daughter loved the play room in the basement. Two things to consider: firstly, the boat trip is only short and involves either a cable car ride or a steep walk (I don’t like heights, so we opted for the walk and it was pleasant but would not be suitable for the elderly or very young children). Secondly, we did not know we had to book our taxi to the station the night before we checked-out, so a member of the team eventually booked one for us, as my Didi app would not get us a car, with the hotel being so far out. Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely return soon.

1. Wrong room allocation, no balcony, it took us more than half hour to clarify 2. Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge. 3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table. 4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

Thanks to the housekeeper Yaya, who upgraded the room for free. The service was warm and thoughtful. She sent children's play information in time and reminded the breakfast location, which was very considerate. Aunt Liang was very professional. She used a towel to conjure an elephant and a peacock for the baby like a magician. The night turndown service was a surprise. Roses and chocolates were sent to the room on Valentine's Day night, which was very considerate. The staff at the concierge, front desk, restaurant, etc. were very attentive and warm. The bed was very comfortable, and two twin beds made into a big bed were even better. The TV was also very useful, and you could watch cartoons for the baby. The Cute Pet Park and Sen Sen Park were both great. The little animals were very clean, family and cute. You could tell at a glance that they were well raised. There were not many people in the swimming area. It would be better if the air conditioning could be higher and more hair dryers were equipped. Overall, it was great.
