Best Chur Hotels

"It took less than 10 minutes by bus from Chur Station to arrive. There was a smell of fertilizer around the hotel, but you get used to it. The front desk staff were all kind and welcoming. The room was clean, and I was able to watch various subscriptions on the TV by logging in with my account. There was a McDonald's next door, and a supermarket nearby, so I had no trouble staying there. Best of all, the breakfast was the best!"

"Hotel was nice but overpriced and a pain to get into. After checking in we had to drive back around to get into the garage. I understand this design is probably not the hotel’s design but it still stinks. I cannot comment on the breakfast because we opted not to pay the overpriced $25 per person. This hotel would probably be very nice if you have activities in the area, but for the casual traveler like me, it is too much money for what you get."

"The location was further then anticipated. The room was exactly the same as shown in the ads. Though yhe room we had selected was tiny, it was clean and the attached bathroom was big However, the glass panel sitting on top of the side of bathtub isn't fixed, making getting in and out of the tub unsafe, as the glass panel is the only element that one could hold on to in order to step out of the tub. The receptionists weren't too interested in attenting to hotel guests. But, overall experience was elevated due to its design/structure uniqueness; an ex-jail building. It's communal kitchen and lounge space were great space where we'd spent some of our time. There were also a lot of common shower rooms and WCs within the building, which was great as the 4 of us needn't queue for the washroom especially in the early morning."

"View looking towards carpark but not too bad. Also it has a cosy environment. Would love to stay here again the next time I visit! Free chocolates when checking in & checking out… sooo sweet!"

"Great little hotel. Recently renovated with a lift (elevator) and fresh decor. Very comfortable rooms, great beds and bedding and excellent ensuite. Fairly quiet location even though in the heart of town and surrounded by old town sights. Hundreds of restaurants nearby. Good buffet breakfast of usual European variety. Helpful, friendly staff.Fridge and coffee maker in room (no cooking allowed). Overall great experience. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

"I chose to rest in the town of Chur for one night and take the glacier train to Zermatt the next day. It was a good choice. Chur was quiet and fresh. I accidentally discovered a century-old chocolate shop and a 50-year-old glassware shop. The hotel is very convenient, a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room is large and comfortable, and you can see the beautiful scenery by opening the window"

"Hotel liegt neben der Autobahn Ausfahrt, Zimmer ist ok wenig Platz, schmales Badezimmer, keinen Kühlschrank,ohne minibar. Restaurant is durchschnittlich, Auswahl ziemlich System Küche überteuert. Frühstück sparsam wenig Auswahl, für den Zimmer Preis. Parkplatz ok ."

"I was able to sleep very quiet and comfortable. There was coke, beer and carbonated water in the refrigerator."

"Super praise, the train station walked for a few minutes, all flat luggage. The room is small but the layout is reasonable. Living in the room on the fifth floor, the slope roof, there are three roof windows that can be pushed open, and you can see the snowy mountains outside. The breakfast included is also delicious and the restaurant is well arranged."
