We arrived around 11pm. There was only one little girl at the front desk. She was almost unprofessional! She spoke in a lukewarm manner.. The room was quite big and upgraded ❤️ But! The breakfast was really... It dragged down the overall impression of your hotel😓 My husband and I went to the restaurant at almost 8pm. The staff were still chatting with each other... There were also staff members choosing food by themselves. This was the first time I saw this. And a lot of food was just a little bit put there. I guess we went too early and they had to wait until there were more people to put it there. Hehe, it was ridiculous! Almost everything that could be taken was taken, except for desserts. For a global chain, this breakfast configuration is simply pitiful, with very few types.

The hotel service is very good, the reception is warm and professional, thank you Chris for explaining Chuzhou city infos,i would like to share several appointments of my stay experience: 1.The front desk helped me upgrade the room to the 25th floor where I can have a full view of Langya mountain . 2.Cleanliness in my room are clean as I expected . 3.breakfast on the first floor offers coffee that makes me feel freashing all day and also have chuzhou local specialties.(forgot take pics) I will recommend to my colleagues to stay in chuzhou Ramada hotel due to the hospitality I’ve melt here!

After staying here, I sighed. Fortunately, I only booked for one day. The hotel is just in name. The hygiene is basically OK. The facilities and services are not as good as some chain hotels. There is no welcome fruit, no customer service butler, simple tea bags in the room, an old hair dryer placed at the bottom of the water table, simple toothbrush, light-transmitting curtains, and toilet roller curtains that let people in. The breakfast is simpler than the name, with a coffee bar in the lobby and frozen tiramisu... Overall, it is not at the level of Sheraton.

位置在滁州市中心，附近吃飯的地方很多，很方便，就是大門口不太好找。房間很乾凈，前台小姐姐給免費升級了房型，入住的時候送了小零食袋，走的時候還要送一次😂。房間很大，舒適感也很好。但是房間的淋浴頭有點歪，管子擰巴了。早餐很豐盛，琅琊雞絲麪👍🏻。

The hotel room was more than ten years old, very old and had a bit of a musty smell. But when you open the balcony door of your room, you can be healed by the endless mountains and green spaces. To have breakfast, you can walk on a mountain path for about ten minutes, or you can take a shuttle bus and have breakfast in the cool breeze. The restaurant for breakfast is large, but the food is very lackluster. It can barely fill your stomach. I hope it can be improved in the future. The restaurant for entertaining friends has a large private room, and the balcony outside the private room overlooks the endless green. The original golf course was surrounded by mountains and pools. Even though it is now overgrown with weeds, it is still beautiful. The sun sets in the west, the clouds are layered, and the clouds are rolling in different ways. Standing here and breathing the fresh natural air, I can only sigh, it is so beautiful! What we eat are banquet dishes, which are the minimum requirements if they are not unpalatable. There are very few delicious dishes. The breakfast is also very good, as long as you can eat enough. However, the main thing here is not to eat, so if you know this, you won’t be picky.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking is very convenient. There is also a laundry room. Very nice, after washing the clothes, the front desk lady also helped to dry them.

I have stayed here many times. This time I originally planned to stay for nearly a month, and I was going to leave on January 21st. But your hotel is going to increase the price on the 21st. I thought that I have stayed in your hotel for a month and the 20 yuan will not affect the traveler's experience. As a result, I failed to negotiate. It felt like I was kicked out on the last day without caring about an ordinary guest like me. So I decisively cancelled the order for the next few days and changed to another hotel tomorrow. I wish your hotel a prosperous business.

Hotel facilities are very good, the reception is very professional, facing the Great Lakes environment, the room is big enough, there is a bathtub, but it is recommended to take a bath with a disposable bathtub cover, the hotel is not free to provide, breakfast is a small suggestion, I don't know how long this hotel has been open, The breakfast buffet service staff was busy on the first day, and the dishes were not timely. But the overall 5 stars, the experience is very good, the price is right, and the price is high. I also want to talk about the security uncle, this is the most customer I have ever seen. I went back to the hotel late at the time. I didn’t have a parking space at the door and didn’t want to go underground. The uncle helped me direct it there. He also removed the takeaway brother’s motorcycle and gave a big praise. The attitude of the young lady at the front desk is good, almost responsive 👍. The location of the hotel is a little far from the city, suitable for driving to Zhangzhou by car.

The room was as clean and tidy as ever. The hotel also opened special dining. The front desk recommended the firewood chicken to eat. The taste was very authentic. It was a very satisfying stay.
