優點是比較乾淨，也還算安靜。床很大，睡起來也比較舒服。缺點是雖説免費停車，但是找個地方停車也太費勁了；明明是3人住家庭房，各種一次性的東西就準備了2人份，也沒有洗澡用的拖鞋，衹有這一次性的拖鞋；遙控設備是壞的且無法使用，電視説是系統升級，衹是個擺設…衣服架倒是有，但是沒有衣櫃，沒有掛衣服的地方，擺這幾個衣架有啥用？總結一下，細節上還需要多下功夫吧。

衞生：新酒店，很乾凈。
設施：晚上洗澡淋浴有問題，第一時間有工作人員來維修，很不錯。
入住人員不多，所以還是很安靜的。
唯一不足，當時預訂的時候顯示離方特很近，但是實際並不近，開車將近20分鐘。
總體還是很不錯的酒店。

酒店位置很好找，也很好停車。夜晚從方特和鯤樂灣出來自駕或者打車都很方便。2025年的新酒店，可能服務啥的還有一點點跟不上，但是硬件很好，床單乾淨，洗漱用品也很好。有問題及時叫服務基本都能解決。我們是兩位長者加上媽媽帶5歲孩子的組合訂的7樓深度睡眠層的家庭房，房間寬敞，叫外賣也很方便。

我們家庭出遊房間硬件設施需要完善，很多衣架沒有掛的地方，電視不能看，電話沒有需要的話還要跑去一層前台，前台小姐姐很熱情。衞生就差了些第一天晚上我們一家人10：45抵達酒店，入住後發現枕頭上有污漬想着很晚了就沒有反應，第二天早上第一時間就告知前台給換床品和枕頭，結果我們出去一整天晚上回來都沒有換，前台説客房經理會給解釋，結果等到我們退房都沒有等到解釋結果。

離高鐵十分鐘左右，早餐種類很全，房間很寬敞，也很乾凈，床很大，我和孩子住感覺很大，就是樓道有點暗，房間裏都是智能設施，就是酒店附近不繁華，購物和餐飲不太方便。
