酒店位於繁華地區，有自己的停車場，而且非常大，方便自駕遊者放心入住。周圍設施完備，特別是自己的飯店磁州宴的飯菜非常好吃，乾淨衞生服務好，三餐都可以在這裏吃。房間乾淨衞生，就是設施老舊有點差，標準間的一張床的床頭沒有充電插頭，很不方便，熱水實在不熱，WIFI信號不好，幾乎用不了。早餐也是非常不錯，品種多，味道好。

總體來説還是不錯的，説的是四星級標準，房間內的標誌也都是四顆星，不過攜程上説是三鑽，我個人感覺三星級還是沒問題的。
先説優點：
1️⃣位置很好很方便，位於主路旁邊，位置好找，有一個很大的停車場，自駕非常方便。
2️⃣價格實惠，清明節假期也沒有很貴，住着踏實。
3️⃣自帶餐廳是磁州宴，飯菜做的很好，可以吃到很多當地特色美食。
4️⃣服務好，我們退房的時候落下了一個移動電源，得知後幫我們尋找又主動聯繫我們。
5️⃣小細節很到位，房間裏有免費的飲料很多，兩瓶水，兩瓶可樂，兩瓶雪碧，入住送小零食禮包，晚上還送了水果和鑰匙扣，大廳裏有免費的贈書和旅遊宣傳冊，如果水不夠，可以去大廳取。
再説缺點：
1️⃣房間內煙味很大，尤其是一進門的時候，其實開窗通風一段時間，煙味就很淡甚至聞不到了。
2️⃣電梯裏味道很差，是很濕熱又空氣不好的味道，必須戴口罩，不然會不舒服。
3️⃣設施畢竟老舊，住的標間，衹有一個床頭有插座，另外一張床，接插線板也有點費勁，很不方便。
4️⃣熱水一直不熱，放很久也就是温的，不能洗熱水澡。
5️⃣衞生做的不細緻，桌面床頭都很乾凈、沒有灰塵，但是地毯表面不乾淨，地毯跟牆角交接的地方，灰塵很多。
如果按照四星級算，我給3.5分，如果按照三星級算，可以給4.5

非常好！ 磁縣距離安陽非常近 但安陽的酒店又貴又不好訂 所以磁縣是個非常好的選擇。而且磁縣本身也有幾個博物館 值得遊覽。磁縣唯二的4星賓館其中之一。 地點很好，臨近熱鬧的中盛國貿廣場，但又不處於鬧市區，鬧中取靜，旁邊還有個加油站，很方便。 賓館院子不小，停車場也不小，但由於免費停車，過年期間也沒有保安照看 很多旁邊小區的車都聽到賓館裏了，再加上磁州窯飯館每天晚上要接待過年聚餐的人，所以停車位略顯緊張。酒店內部裝修有些年頭了，但設施齊全，很好用。 值得表揚的是酒店的服務很周到，每天都有送水果和零食，每天除了飲用水外還送4小瓶飲料，房間內磁縣旅遊介紹 磁州宴菜單都有。毛巾都有獨立包裝，衞生間上水下水也很好， 除了淋浴間長時間使用的話，下面會有一些滲水 但滲的水也不臟也不影響上衞生間 淋浴後過一會它自己會吸收排走。特別表揚一下保潔人員 住一晚就瞭解我用毛巾的習慣，每天都添新毛巾，但會留一條舊毛巾 舊毛巾我用來墊椅子坐。酒店的早餐就在磁州窯飯館裏 菜式很簡單，4個涼菜，4個熱菜。3種鹹菜。2款主食 2款粥。煮雞蛋 牛奶 2種水果。每天會變換花樣。這邊好像不太吃米飯，早餐主食甚至沒有炒飯 但吃飽沒問題。過年期間磁州宴晚餐也接待散客，但菜衹能在過年特定菜裏選 菜量不小 味道也不錯，都是磁州特色菜。過年期間酒店客人不是很多，晚上睡覺也不吵。總之住了4晚非常滿意！

酒店真的是太老了 設施陳舊 早餐一般 不過位置不錯 雖然臨着國道 但是晚上很安靜 服務很到位 正好趕上極端天氣 店家温馨提示非常暖心 磁州宴客房套餐 可真是性價比極高啊

從遼寧去雲南途經邯鄲市，選擇在御景樓賓館休息，賓館停車場車位充足，雖然是老賓館但衞生還是可以，是一次愉快的入住體驗。

一般是懶得寫評價的，不過這次是真沒想到，縣城裡兩百來塊的酒店，居然還有折毛巾的手藝，還有歡迎水果，還給這麼多贈飲，人家是真拿自個兒當五星級酒店乾的，必須給個大大的贊

磁州御景樓賓館雖然相對比較老，但側重了人文服務的理念。入住時為入住客人送了伴手禮，房間內不僅有免費的瓶裝水還有免費的飲料。入住後，還送來了水果、小食品和卡通鑰匙環，瞬時拉進了酒店和客人之間的情感。酒店客房是老式裝修設施相對老舊，但並不影響入住的心情，房間足夠大且乾淨衞生。但酒店附近的KTV實在是影響客人休息，凌晨12點多了仍在唱歌，另外前台服務人員的熱情服務理念和親和力有待於進一步提高。酒店門前有停車位，不遠處還有個相對較大的超市。
特別引人注目的是：酒店一樓有磁州宴發源地的餐廳，客人在這裏可以點自己喜歡的菜餚，特別要提出表揚的是，磁州宴餐廳的服務人員未女士，招待客人就像對待家人一樣和藹可親，認真而又理性的幫助客人點餐，使每位客人都在這裏過度過了一個愉快的用餐時間，為酒店能培養出這樣的服務人員點贊👍。
