Mencoba memesan corner room berharap mendapatkan view seperti tampilan di foto, ternyata taman depan balkon berantakan (lagi renovasi) dan sisi kiri viewnya rumah orang. kamarnya oke so far, makanan tastenya oke hanya dingin beberapa makanan yang harusnya tersaji panas. only the service is minus, there is no concierge, guest suitcases are delivered by the front office staff. This hotel cannot be said to be luxurious. because the hotel is not big, the location is not strategic, the service is not excellent, the food quality is standard (luxury hotel requirements). Plus, the hotel has a rooftop swimming pool with beautiful views.

Stop by to this location choose to rent a villa because of bringing a group. The villa is comfortable and safe, the environment is authentic, the service is good. The lack of the villa that I placed the bathroom cannot be locked, So checking facilities to be improved. Besides, pay attention and care for the plants because of a lot of pests/diseases.

Everything is average is here. The hotel itself is old not to clean. You can see a lot of dirty spot here and there, including the carpet. Take quite a long time to get your breakfast after ordering, and when the food arrive it's not even the food you order. And of the big corcerning is, when I ask the staff to help me with my luggages. They take it, bring it to the lobby and put it in a car that I don't even know whose car it is. They just make their own assumption that it was the car that I will use. OMG, what if that was not the car? And the car left after they put the bag. It will be horrible. That's something that they should be aware of. Overall, it's just an average hotel, nothing
