基本沒有服務，古巴的酒店你要習慣降低預期。讓前台推薦個餐廳，她都不知道。西恩富戈斯全城停電，沒地方吃飯，這酒店一層卻有個人要賣你馬殺雞，我氣暈了。房間大，裝修還可以，但是洗澡水涼，越洗越冷。網絡是假的連不上。早餐的六樓露台很漂亮，建議大家可以晚上六點多去看落日，服務員並沒有告訴我們。早餐也有東西不新鮮。不過在這個城市，如果想有水有電，估計衹能訂這種一千塊的酒店，真坑。

Particularly good staff - especially Daniel - front desk and hotel manger - who speaks perfect English and went out of his way to Help. Hotel is a bit shabby - things work , food ok. We were very relieved to be given a nice rom with bay windows onto street and it’s centrally located.

the roof top resturant has the Best buffet in town and also the finest and cheapest at the same time , you can have a hot buffet breakfast for 1500 peso , all you can eat and drink for that price , you can only get an sandwich and one cup of coffee on the street cafe , do not be fooled , eat at this fine hotel and safe yourself a lot of money !

I had a wonderful stay with my partner and I fell in love with this beautiful city, I had visited Cuba before but never Cienfuegos and the San Carlos hotel in particular seemed welcoming even with the setbacks with the electricity and the occasional problem with the water. prevented us from having fun so our visit may be repeated

I started the month in this city, in this hotel from melia, on my second trip to southern Cub a. I was very happy to meet the guys I met at the lobby bar on my previous trip. Dinner was good. The view of the city from the restaurant's balconies was unbeatable. The girls at reception were friendly and helped me with my reservation. the e cocktails at the lobby bar are still delicious, very strong! .. Clean hotel. Thanks to everyone! Recommended!
