Liberty Signa - All Inclusive

Liberty Signa is on the cusp of being amazing. From the moment you step through the entrance you can appreciate the detailing that’s gone into the design & luxurious furnishings. This is the case across the hotel, including landscaping & lighting. Sadly however on closer inspection you can see several examples where contractors have failed to deliver the perfection Signa was trying to achieve. All this is being rectified whilst the hotel is closed for winter with the addition of family & adults only beach bars, renovated waffle house, new tiling to fix slippery floors, amongst many other improvements. Images & information can be seen on Facebook forums or by contacting guest relations, who was fantastic at answering any queries. Families I spoke to universally agreed, it would have had a big impact on their child’s enjoyment if the majority of the game machines/pool tables etc were FREE. Also stating it would bring Signa in line with other leading hotels in this price range that already offer this. Dedicated youth/teen clubs & gaming areas with FREE entertainment where children can socialise both day & night are essential in top tier hotels. This was the main reason many youngsters told their parents why they wouldn’t want to return to Signa in favour of past hotels. Couples also benefit from the above as it frees up space in busy bars & gives them a more relaxing environment. Not all children are confident at making friends on holidays and It’s always nice for families where the children keep by their side to have the option of a variety of board games/chess etc in a few bars. This always goes down well in hotels & prevents many of the “I’m bored” comments & issues associated with unstimulated youths. Along with more suitably placed table tennis tables. Cost of this is so little but sadly not always done, happy kids happy holiday. Not sure if this will be the case for the coming season with all the improvements going on? These very important little details bring families repeatedly back, rather than visiting once & then moving on to other hotels the following year. Im sure many families would be interested to the comments made by the hotel on the above, to encourage them to book. Assuming it’s not the typical generic responses you read time & time again where nothing happens lol. I have heard positive feedback on Facebook pages regarding the general manager so hopefully he will action the above for future guests. Enjoyable water park & essentially they’re planning on heating the swimming pools in both April & late October when the weather is more variable. The number of free A La Cartes & restaurants where you can order quality food from a menu exceeds most hotels. Buffet has room for improvement. Fantastic patisserie & Irish/Sports bar with premium drinks and Guinness are also great. Keeping cocktails consistent amongst all bars is not quite there yet. I would definitely recommend this hotel, you can visit with your family with a peace of mind, it is definitely worth every penny, we can say that we had great time with the family. We were very pleased with everything, both the cleanliness and the dining facilities. The mini club team loves their job and amazing guest relations.

The Hotel wasn’t ready for guests, we overpaid for a 5 star hotel which had opened and then Blatantly cut costs. The pool area was dangerous with slippy and broken tiles, the buffet was understaffed and beyond difficult to get served. The entertainment was below par, which never changed from week to week, it was very poor in quality. The Bars… awful difficult to get served, over crowded and under staffed and not as promised some not even ready as advertised The Positives! The food was very good, the chefs and all involved were very good. Al carte restaurants were also excellent with a nice experience in all! Overall a very disappointed experience, I could go on forever of how bad, and dangerous the hotel was, liberty let us down, and disappointed us with a very average hotel.

This season, we spent our summer vacation at Liberty Signa in October. During this vacation, we had unparalleled experiences. The hotel’s location, with its sea and nature, truly impressed us. The quality of the room provided to us made us very happy. The meticulously prepared room and its location were truly wonderful. I would especially like to thank the front office team during this vacation. They took great care of us. Additionally, the food quality of the facility provided us with an exceptional experience. This privilege truly delighted us. We are planning our 2025 vacation in the same manner. I would like to extend my gratitude to all the hotel staff who contributed to making us happy during this holiday. If you’re considering a vacation, I strongly recommend this location and this hotel. It was truly a beautiful experience.

Beautiful new hotel. Excellent food quality and choices. Food available around the clock. The Bon Bon patisserie was a hidden gem serving delicious cakes with a big choice of coffees. The Italian a la carte was absolutely fabulous. Biggest improvement that needs to be made is the extremely poor service in the restaurants.

We had booked superior interconnecting rooms (22-29 Oct), but when we checked in, we were told we had been upgraded. However, we were only given superior interconnecting rooms with a small pool on the balcony. We thought this was a good start to the holiday initially, but the remaining holiday went downhill. Absolutely disappointing considering this is supposed to be an ultra all inclusive 5 star hotel. We have stayed at several 5 star hotels across the world and this was definitely not a 5 star hotel, at best it was probably 3 to 4 stars. The hotel guest relations were not helpful in resolving any guest complaints and there were no Easyjet reps available to speak to as according to Easyjet rep on our shuttle bus, it costs Easyjet money to have reps on site, and that we were to email Easyjet if we had issues. We did email Easyjet and were told to speak to Guest Relations at the hotel. So we were back and forth with this all holiday. I have listed the issues below: 1. First impressions on arrival were disappointing as reception was poorly staffed and there was a long queue of people checking in a 12:45am. No welcome drinks were offered, and we were not given a map of the resort nor any information of how we could get a drink or food at this time in the morning having travelled for the last 10 hours. 2. On the 1st & 2nd days of our stay, we experienced multiple power cuts in our bedrooms. This disrupted our sleep as it happened in the early hours. We informed guest relations and they managed to send a technician to fix the problems after a long time. 3. Live chat on the Liberty Signa app did not work as no one ever replied to my query on app, so we had to either call or go to Guest Relations for every issue. Most of the time they were unhelpful and unwilling to help or rectify anything. 4. For the first 3 days of our holiday, our rooms were not cleaned properly. The cleaner would make the bed but not change the sheets, nor were the towels or toiletries replaced, and no mopping or vacuuming was done. We had no shower gel and had to repeatedly call guest relations for some as well as requesting fresh towels. Every day we complained to guest relations that our rooms were not cleaned properly but nothing was done. At one point they sent a cleaner at 7pm without warning just as my wife was getting into the shower. On day 4 our rooms were not visited by the cleaner at all during the whole day. In the morning around 10 am, we had bumped into the cleaner and asked her to clean our rooms. Then again at 11:30am. Then again at 2:30 pm. About 4pm, my wife bumped into the cleaner in the corridor and asked the cleaner to clean our rooms as it still had not been done. The cleaner tapped on her watch and said she had no time and left. We were flabbergasted considering we had left our cleaning room lights on the whole day from early morning and had asked her to clean the rooms repeatedly. After complaining to guest relations for the fifth time that day, we insisted
