Bad attitude of services from receptionist with rude behaviour and responses.. the room is very dusty.. the wifi is not working and we tried to ask for extra pillow as the hotel only give 2 pillows for a king bed for 2 persons, but they refuse our simple request, it's my first time that hotel don't give us extra pillow if needed.hope the manager can give more lesson of hospitality to the staff.

Santika Hotel Tasikmalaya makes your stay an unforgettable one. Right at the moment we arrived here , we’ve been welcome with gentle and cheerful smile from front office team. From the lobby to restaurants, you can find well trained and very well groomed staffs. We were on breakfa and the breakfast area is the best one here with many options. i would like to say thank you to Elly for kind help and antusiasm service she really professional and reliable! .Last but not least the housekeeping staff was very prompt. Thank you once again for the amazing service. Overall stay was wonderful and we are planning to come back soon here at Santika Hotel Tasikmalaya.

Comfortable place not noisy, just the place I booked is too narrow and difficult to worship

Where do I start, the pictures and reviews on booking sites are misleading, apart from the lobby the rest of the building should be condemned, seriously it’s literally falling apart, cracks in the walls. How can this Hotel possibly have a 3star Hotel rating? A ten dollar backpackers hostel is a better option. Ok $40 is cheap but I expect bed linen at least! The place is a health hazard, dirty sheets, no linen just a nasty smelly bed cover on stained sheet see pic (obviously I complained to have it replaced by another stained sheet and smelly cover). My room was a dirty empty shell half unpainted? No intercom/phone in room, no WiFi in room, no tea making facilities, no picture on TV, no proper bed linen,(wipe clean PVC pillows on bed ***) no nothing I’m shocked ! The building may be old and decrepit but there is no excuse for lack of hygiene, the bathroom is the stuff of nightmares. I could go on but I think you get the picture, do yourself a favour and give this place a wide birth. This place would give a dosshouse a bad name ! Why didn’t I just walk out, torrential rain and other nearby hotels were fully booked, I had already prepaid due to reasonably good reviews on booking.com ranked as 2nd most popular Hotel in Tasikmalaya......really! (thanks guys). I’ve never taken a picture of a Hotel room This time for the health and well-being of fellow travellers, I felt obliged to upload a few less distressing ones. You’ve been warned. Comfortable hotel to stay with family . Horison is still my first choice while looking for place to have a holiday in Tasikmalaya. Nice,helpful and friendly staff here and also for the security, roomboy and vallet service Also the pluspoint is the front office staff hey are all very nice to help us check in and check out (thank you) Worth to check also the breakfast menu, they serve the complete Indonesian food and also the traditional drinks like wedang jahe (myfave)

My first time staying at this property, at Cordella Hotel Tasikmalaya from today 15 Sep until 18 Sep 2023. I am bringing a kid, 5 year old) with me which unfortunately he got sick this morning, and he has fever. This afternoon, around 3-4 pm I heard a continue dragged sounds of tables and chair above my room. Then I learnt that above my room is a function hall. Pretty sure the banquet staff dragged everything instead lifted those equipments. My son fell asleep since 7.00 pm because of his medicine, and awoken by a super loud friday night live music that started from 8pm and receptionist said that it will be until 11pm. And he also said that live music also happening in the street of Yudanegara beside in the rooftop. So if you are expecting a sound proof room for a solitude, don’t choose this hotel. If you’d like to join the night crowd and party all night long, this hotel is suitable for you. Actually I’m a kind of like this hotel because it’s quite new, great service from FO and HSKP, (have’t try the FB service and product yet) and everything works in order. TV can do the netflix and youtube (smart tv). I would give 5 stars for those things…but 1 star for soundproof room.
