The lobby is not very clean and decorated. But the rooms are super nice and hotel staff is way too sweet and helpful. I think they are still working on the hotel interior that’s why it’s not 100% completed from inside. It is just nearly 5 minutes away from the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. They are only one or two small restaurants with only chinese food, other than that there is nothing to eat here. You need a taxi to move and find anything here. It is very difficult to find taxi here through apps and even if you find one it is going to very expensive. If asked, hotel staff will call their known taxi drivers but again the fare is more in this place because it is an isolated area.
