The room was more spacious and comfortable than I expected.
Although the view from the window wasn’t great due to its downtown location, it was nice to have a riverside trail nearby, which made good use of my time.

Overall the place is absolutely stunning and clean. The room was very nice and the beds comfortable and clean. The only issues were the people on our floor were up all night and very loud and the valet process in the morning took a half hour. But it’s very walkable to so many event spaces and has a restaurant on the premises.

The shower door did not close all the way so it was a huge gap letting cold air in while you’re trying to take a hot shower, and also leaving water all over the floor. I told the front desk and was told someone would go in a fix it while we were out only to come back and it was not fixed. Notified the front desk once again and was told we could use a room close by to shower in. For the price I paid for the room I would think that everything would be working properly. It was my first time staying there and that made me second guess choosing this hotel over a cheaper one.

The hotel was amazing! Very clean and comfortable. Unique shower! Only issue was the noise of the traffic but not too bad. We had a sound machine.

Will do in a pinch
It smelled like a swimming pool in the room minus the clean feel. The door deadbolt did not work at all and made it feel unsafe. But I will say the staff was amazing and went out of their way for my disabled child. The valet staff were the most amazing part of the stay. They deserve to be acknowledged for their outstanding customer service.
