Contact is always via WhatsApp, which makes communication very difficult when you have problems. Especially once you've paid, as that contact slows down. A real person with a real sense of responsibility for these issues is missed at the accommodation. Regarding the reservation, there were several issues with the prices due to some discount vouchers that didn't match the prices offered on the website, and required several clarifications until final payment was made. The rooms are neglected and clearly lacking in maintenance. The images offered on the website were not accurate, especially regarding their category. There is also no water pressure in the bathrooms, making it difficult to shower properly. On the other hand, the cafeteria staff is very attentive and helpful. They offer what they have, within their means and availability. Our experience didn't match what we read in some reviews about the variety and quality of the products. Breakfast was expensive for what we consumed. Parking is available very close to the outdoor establishment, and the location is ideal for exploring the area (Uncastillo, the Bañales archaeological site, etc.). This medieval town is also worth a visit, with its castle, the Church of Santa María, and the wash house. Its old town is pleasant to stroll through. Perhaps because we stayed outside the peak season, the services were less plentiful. However, in an establishment that seems to make quality its hallmark, in our opinion, it leaves much to be desired. We hope this comment will help improve the service, as the building and facilities could become a benchmark establishment in this attractive tourist area.

We had dinner at the TH restaurant at the Sadaba Inn. Spectacular. All the dishes were delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the food was excellent, and the location was very cool (we had dinner in a beautiful cave in the restaurant). The €35 menu included a wine, starter, main course, and a ten-piece dessert. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is fantastic, with a 20-minute walk and a variety of choices, and has a very pretty terrace. The town is charming, and we loved the plenty of parking. The room was very nice. A must-see is the castle and its streets with their stone facades.

A terrible experience at the Hospedería de Sadaba. Everything is virtual; there's no one at reception. We arrived at the room with our code to retrieve it, but it wasn't there. After calling, they brought the key, and we entered the room and discovered it wasn't ours because there wasn't an extra bed as we had requested and paid for. Furthermore, the room was already occupied. They gave us the right room, and as soon as we entered, we noticed the plumbing. We thought it was normal given it was an old building. Dinner was served in the cafeteria with a 28-euro menu, or we could choose something from the cafeteria menu, which, to our surprise, was almost empty. We chose a hamburger (at a price of 14 euros and of very poor quality) and a ham sandwich, which wasn't cheap either. Breakfast was not expected to be a bad experience, and so it was. Since we were staying with the Aragon government's offer, breakfast was included, but my daughter had to order it separately for 12 euros. Before booking, I was told it was an all-you-can-eat buffet, which wasn't the case. When I asked what breakfast was for, they didn't clearly state what they had at the bar. Therefore, the service was unsatisfactory, and they were slow to serve it. In my opinion, they should inform guests that there is no dining room at the inn, and that breakfasts aren't buffet-style and aren't served at the inn.
