Overall a very nice staying experience at the hotel. Service and amenities was very nice with high quality toiletries. Food is good but some are quite bland, a bit more salt and spices would be nice. But definitely will stay here again given the chance

Everythings is good, but still the same as before last year at Panda Hotel, cleanliness need to improve. #Friendly & courteous hotel staff. #Easy check-in & check-out. #Many recreational facilities & activities at hotel area, some are paid (mini train, horse ride, elephant ride, etc). #Kanoopi, wood-fire pizza. #De'Savanna, good place for dinner & breakfast. Abit pricey. Very cool weather in the late evening and early morning in Sep. Rooms are so-so. View not so great. Only good thing is the weather and variety of food offered in the restaurant. Breakfast was OK . As current situation prohibit guest serving their own buffet. A staff was allocated to do so. But she was coughing all the way while serving breakfast to the guest. Maybe the resort should let staff rest when they are not feeling well. Staff at the small lounge didn't bother to ask what I wanted to have after I've sat there for more than 15mins. In the end, I've to called out to them to get my drinks.
