The resort is rough round the edges and the health and safety police would have a field day with poor and uneven footpaths and urgent need of more hand rails. The staff are attentive in reception and willing to please but English speakers are very rare The rooms and views are excellent and the cleaning staff are brilliant and actually speak the best English on the resort. The staff in the restaurant are very helpful but the food is below par for a 4* resort and quite often cold by the time you get to the table because of cold plates, variety and quality leaves a lot to be desired.

The veiw cannot be faulted. The rooms are basic clean and tired The bathroom could do with updating. There's only the option of a 25 euro pp buffet for lunch and dinner. Restaurants open in June. The beach is shut till June and 90% of the trips not running. You can have a half day in Palermo or 2 hours in Terrasini. You are stuck on a resort which oin their low season May, is literally full of Italian school children pushing and shoving at the buffet and racing around the complex You need a car to escape and eat fresh food. Staff are polite but it needs updating badly.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. Food is excellent. Well worth the stay here. Would recommend this to anyone coming to sicilly. Plenty to do here as well. The hotel has 3 pools plus a tabaggon where you go down slides into the sea and is good.

Really pleased with our stay. Gloria, the car rental manager has a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service. Everything was great and she sorted all the questions I had about where and how to go to Mount Etna, Portobello. I had the pleasure to meet the hotel Manager Guisi. Which I can't even describe her customer service. It's out of this world. Simply outstanding in everything she does. I only can thank you for the way you are and for the pleasant stay all these people allowed me to have. The sunsets here are phenomenal. The sea views and the water temperature amazing. Everyone can forget the life problems when we stay here. Just stay and appreciate the great variety of food they offer everyday. The peace and quietness and the music when you want. Thank you so much. Namaste.🙏

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The views were absolutely breathtaking, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The resort features three beautiful swimming pools, with the bar for cocktails . The food was delicious, with a great variety of options, but I do recommend to go earlier, because after 1/1,5h there is not much left or it’s dry. The coffee from the bar close to the reception was especially good. In the evenings, classical music was played on the terrace during the dinner hours, creating a lovely atmosphere with stunning sunset views, and after 10pm live music, but more like a dance music. Our room was nice and clean with big terrace and sea view. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa experience. My friend and I booked a massage, and it exceeded our expectations — it turned out to be a full-body massage, and it was incredibly relaxing. The staff were professional and attentive, which made the experience even better.

We had a perfect holiday. The park / resort is beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They take care of the customers and make you feel very welcome. Always ready to help you. The food was very good. They offer a broad choice of Italian, Sicilian and other menu’s.

Great room, fantastic staff and amazing foods! Beautiful weather. But what was missing in our room was having kettle. Another downside is the hotel needs to have more activities for kids. Overall we had great experience. And I had a full body scrub and massage by Francesca which was one of the best massage I ever had!.
