Great experience staying at the Pacific Palms Resort! The staff are all friendly and professional from the front desk to the restaurant servers, special kudos to Dante, Hector and Rogelio for their five star customer service, the facilities are clean and organized, my room had great view of the city skyline, the food at the restaurant was delicious 😋 I'm definitely coming back on my next visit to CA!

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I wanted to find a quiet hotel.
First, the Indian front desk guy arranged my room next to the ice making room. Ice making and roaring all night, even though I wrote in the reservation information that I wanted a quiet room.
Second, the quilt is really just a thin blanket. I woke up in the middle of the night with a cold. I gave up.
Third, the facilities are very old, the mattress is very collapsed and it's not easy to sleep, paper towels are only in the bathroom, the curtains are wooden blinds, and the light switch is a knob.
Can you stand this? If you can stand it, go and try it.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Los Angeles. I have stayed there for more than ten nights. If Ctrip has an event or a coupon, it only costs a little over 1,000 per night. The hotel has its own golf course, and the view from the room is great. There are not many people staying here on weekdays, and there will be more people playing golf on weekends.
