Breakfast buffet is not comparable to domestic, but Europeans are quite conscience. The location is slightly off, very close to the station. But the entire city of Andorra is not large, and it is only a few steps away. The facility is slightly older and less soundproof, and you will hear the sound of the corridor. Everything else is OK.
The hotel is perfectly located.
We take half-pension, full breakfast but and the best unable dinner, three first, three seconds and three posters to choose, all prepared quality, so you don't eat a thousand things from the buffet.
We will repeat as soon as we can.

The city of Andorra is relatively small, the hotel is at the foot of the mountain and the scenery is good. The lobby of the hotel is large, the rooms are large, clean and the beds are oversized. Under the floor is the restaurant, very convenient. Parking underground garage, but charges.
The hotel is super nice and fancy service is great and the people at the respetion always smile We enjoy staying there and definitely will come back 200 letters is a bit too much but it is important to me to leave a review so I'll just keep writing until I'll get there....
The room is a suite, very comfortable and warm. The hotel's own parking lot is more expensive, you can park in the open-air public parking lot opposite the gate, it is much cheaper. Basically Andorra walks to the city center, and likes the city, the air is good, except for no special Chinese food. It is very confusing for the hotel to charge an extra 7-year-old child 40 euros a night, no extra bed, no breakfast, no extra toiletries, nothing, this money is very wrong! Although some hotels in Europe do pay for extra thirds, they are basically unable to sleep with adults and large children, so this is a bit dissatisfied!
Bed not very comfortable. We stayed for 2 days, and they only made our bed, they did not empty the trash cans. The TV did not connect well to DTT, we sent an email to the owner and did not receive any response. The room is very small, steps around the bed are very tight. The heating could not be regulated. The fireplace could not be used in the common area. The worst thing is the noise you hear, you can hear it from the adjoining rooms. And from time to time it must be the boiler or similar that must be turned on and heard through a column in the room, it lasts about 5 minutes every half hour in the morning and every 2 hours at night. It doesn't mean you can rest.
Reception: Majority of staff were mostly courteous, however did not always greet upon arrival and did not always acknowledge you while you waited. Room / facilities: Room number 417 is on the 4 floor and is clean. It overlooks the city and has a road and views of the flowing from your balcony. The self control air conditioning is somewhat confusing to operate, but did the job. The room had a balcony with a door that opens fully enabling guests to go outside. The room has a bar fridge, safe, older style flat screen tv, euro style memory foam pillows, (that i found terrible and left me nursing a migraine after the first night). Queen bed, sofa bed, table and chair, hanging area and luggage shelf. The bathroom had a shower/ tub combo with a multi purpose shower head. Day 2, the 168 kids arrived and the noise escalated from a tranquil setting to a wild playground. Kids played in the hall, yelling screaming, opening and then slamming their and friends room doors, knocking on unknown doors and running (mine). Some kids were polite to apologise when they realised they had the incorrect room. Reception were requested to intervene at least 7 times (face to face and via the phone), however this only sometimes restored the peace for a short period. The student teachers/ supervisors were nowhere to be found to settle the children. Not an ideal situation to be in for a relaxing stay. Parking: is available at an additional cost of €21 (at the time of my stay). The car park is very tight to maneuver around. Wifi: Complementary and good speed password required, this did slow dramatically once the 168 kids arrived to the hotel and were using their devices. Conclusion: Excellent position. River views Comfortable rooms. Right in the center of town. Letdowns: Kids permitted to stay and guests not provided this information upon checkin. Adult guests could have been allocated other separate floors and the children on other exclusive floors. Location / Nearby: Centre of the city and all its offerings. Letdowns Rushing water noise can be a bit much for some. Hotel not advising guests of the imminent arrival of 168 children and the accompanying noise. Getting to hotel: Best use GPS. Be aware of the last roundabout prior to the hotel and the 5th exit that goes down just to the right of the main road/bridge. its very easy to miss. The hotel name and parking signs are only visible when your 5 meters from the property. If arriving into Barcelona airport and drive to Andorra, do yourself a favour and turn off “tolls” on the GPS, the drive has spectacular scenery, and is only marginally longer and you will save €30+ in tolls.
The room was very tiny, but the bathroom was almost the same size. It was nice and clean, but we could hear absolutely everything through the door from the hallway. The floor was quite noticably slanted, but the bed was positioned so that the headboard was uphill so to speak, so in the end the slanting didn't cause a problem. Thankfully the hotel offers parking (paid extra), as it would have otherwise been a nightmare. There is a short duration parking spot in front of the hotel entrance for unpacking and checking in, but it seemed to be occupied at all times by someone other than hotel guests. We also couldn't figure out how to get on the other side of the road, as anywhere we drove, turning there wasn't allowed. Luckily it was possible to drive our car straight to the hotel's parking garage without checking in first. There was an intercom at the entrance to allow for this, but it was almost impossible to hear anything through it.

Outstanding
DdelphilionIt is right next to the Andorra landmark building, which is also the starting point of the standard city center and the pedestrian street - ”twisted clock”. If two people book a room with a terrace, it is very emotional, and it doesn't matter if one is alone. The room is quite big. The breakfast is good. There are several kinds of fried eggs to choose by yourself. If you don't understand, just tell me which one is good. Change it every day. The front desk is very enthusiastic, like all Europeans. There is an electric kettle in the room. Below the clock is the unnamed river, which flows continuously. The cherry blossom season is so beautiful that it suddenly feels like Japan. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to the famous hot spring upstream and the landmark building of Andorra.
The Good: The location is great, walking distance. The rooms are well insulated from sound. Parking is very convenient, right under the hotel, with direct elevator access. The hotel lobby is clean and efficient. Breakfast was nice... with great espresso machines. The room and bathroom were very clean and well appointed. The Bad: The wifi was spotty. We had to open the room door just to connect. Ironic to call this ”ArtHotel” when the walls are mostly bare. There are no USB ports in the room and of course they use a keycard system for the electricity, so you can't charge your devices if you aren't in the room. The Ugly: They use a very strong cleaning/disinfection agent. So strong that we didn't want to have them clean the room while we stayed because the scent was overpowering for hours after the housekeepers left.
LLeyoutianxiaIf you need to take a bus to leave in Andorra, then really recommend this hotel. Because it takes 4 minutes to walk from here to the bus station. And the terrain is gentle and easy to walk.
The hotel's breakfast was very delicious and highly recommended. One of our jokes was that when we checked in, the front desk told us that the hotel gave us an hour of spa. We thought it was a massage in the past, and later found out that it was actually steaming. . . The meaning of the spa is this.
The hotel has a swimming pool, children's play area and complete facilities. A little distance from the shopping street, but there is a relatively large shopping center nearby, the hotel will provide you with 10% discount cards there. Later, although we went to Andorra's shopping street, it turned out that it was the cheapest near the hotel. Almost everything was bought here.
All in all, a really perfect hotel, I would choose here if I went to Andorra again.
A perfectly located hotel right in the city centre. It has its own parking in a secure garage underneath the hotel. It's quite tight in there and we were very lucky to get a space. It's quite expensive at €26 per night. Our room was comfortable, the decor was dated but everything was functional. Tea and coffee was provided but only decaff coffee. We went to have a look at the pool, which looked great! We didn't have time to use it, unfortunately! The gym was large too, although the equipment was dated. Water was provided in the room, which was lovely. We really enjoyed in Andorra!
AAnonymous UserIt is clean and tidy, the staff has a good service attitude, and the price is high. The experience of surfing and steaming in the gym and swimming pool is very good, and the breakfast is also rich
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is close to the bus stop and about 15-20 minutes from the city center. The hotel staff service is very good, the room is simple but the WiFi is good, there is heating.
We have not been to this hotel. We wanted to make a reservation for June 2023, with a ‘Gift for You’ card. This hotel was on the website of ‘Gift for you’ as a hotel were you can make a reservation with your gift card. But the hotel refused the gift card. We get a very short answer: we do not work with ‘Gift for You’. We were very disappointed. We complained by Gift for You and ask them to remove this hotel out of there list.
Rrongyi51This price is really high, a bit unexpected! Originally, foreign hotels have been booked on websites such as Booking. The hotel is only 300 meters away from the valley stone house, and about 750 meters away from the long-distance bus station. From the window of the room, you can see the opposite mountain completely, very powerful! There are several supermarkets not far from the left and right of the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, but obviously aging, especially complaining; only a power socket is equipped at the entrance! Very inconvenient. In addition, all other parts of the room are very clean, but only the bed has long hair and obvious stains! Really a rat shit...?
