Family trip is worth living

Small room for two persons, no towels, toilet gave loads to say… unpleasant.

All outside was : gardens , swimming pool , tennis , barbacoa area ....etc very careful and clean , you have access to the mountain in front with what you can do routes and you can walk to your dog freely , it is a pass !! As negative points : food and dinner , super expensive : 20 euros and no water comes, bread is a minipane. (I would change the first meals mostly ) The spa area: we complain that the jacuzzis was too hot, it cost you much to enter , and now what you want is more refreshing you , even if it is warm because nothing happens but you burn. I know that it's something that they'll solve it immediately I imagine. All the interior of the facilities is very old, chairs and furniture that were at least from the time of my grandmothers😜, . As Abba chain has recently taken it, I hope you will take it into account and renovate a little everything and put a shower that is more safe , I assure you that you will give me with the bathroom garden that is not my ( and that I have not ), I don't tell you a grim, thinking that there are thousands of people spending a year. I wish I could come back with you if my economy allows me 🤗.

Ideal location: 5 min by car from the centre of Andorra, and with direct access to the telecabin for ski trails.

Very cosy and comfortable hostel, with a great vibe. The only negative was no curtains on the beds.

This is a busy Hotel, the price is really competitive and value for money. The point is kinda busy so is not comfy to get around because they have a few elevators, the staff is nice but again there are a few of them, it might be because we went out of season and lots of bikes. If you are an outgoing person and have patience to wait and share is worth to try, u can find some friends in the queue (like we did)!
