"The design of the bathroom was awkward, resulting in the floor outside of the shower cubicle to ”flood” every time. Shower gel was empty for 2 days and it took a call for them to replenish it, while towels were not refreshed. Lastly the much vaulted rooftop restaurant does not have a view, and service was appalling, preferring to provide service non Asian customers and neglect my table. And the server will retort you when you brought it up. Only saving grace was location"

"Recommended, cost-effective. Clean and quiet, breakfast is not bad. In addition to the place is not in the city center, but the bus stop is across the road. The restaurant in the brewery/beer museum not far away is superb, the fried pork chops are delicious, and the fresh beer is super delicious. The environment is clean and spacious. The hotel also gave a free beer ticket. We ate for two days because it was really delicious 😋"

"The bus to Salzburg is only 15 minutes away, but there are several buses going at the same time, and Hellbrunn or Cable Kata are both on the mountain, so if you have a timetable to go there, you can stay in the hotel, especially if you travel from Take the Flix or Leo bus in Prague or elsewhere. This is the direction from the station to the city, so you can find accommodation earlier because the accommodation is earlier than the city. The staff are friendly and it rains a lot in Salzgan, so I rented an umbrella from the hotel and used it well. The disadvantage is that it is air-conditioned, so I chose this type of accommodation, which is usually not what we think it is, but a fan-like device. Please note that air conditioning is installed. However, it rained on the day we went, so that air conditioning was not needed. Opening the window and blowing the wind is much cooler than opening the air conditioner. You can open the window, because there are no mosquitoes, it doesn't matter. In addition to the disappointment with the air conditioning, the price is cheaper than the accommodation in Salzburg, so you can take the bus."

"The location of the hotel was further away from the train station, but it is very close to the old town and most of the local attractions. The hotel promotes and encourages its customers to save water by offering free glass of wine per room night for reusing towels."

"The house is by the river. The kids are very happy. The location is very good, and it is very convenient to go to the old town and attractions. The house is carefully decorated. But for some reason, my husband is allergic here. I don't know if it is the dust on the seat or the bugs. I asked the front desk to see if there are spare medicines, and was told that there is a pharmacy that is not closed. There are several waitresses at breakfast who are not very enthusiastic. The breakfast is very rich."

"This hotel's location is excellent. It is about 15 minutes walk to the old town centre and 10 minutes to the railway station. The meeting point for local tours to Hallstatt and other places is just around the corner. The reception staff are always attentive and polite. They have greeted me with a smile whenever they saw me. The restaurant Mirabelle's Italian cuisine is one of the best I have ever tasted. The staff there are very welcoming and caring. The hotel's room service delivered very good food at a reasonable price too. The room is of a good size and the bed is comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the noise of the vehicle clearing rubbish bins. It always woke me up before six in the morning. So choose the rooms on the garden side if there is a choice."

"Room is small for superior double room but alright for a couple. Cleanliness in room is good. Bathroom is split betwn wet & dry area.. location is about 10 to 15mins walk from Salzburg station to hotel. Hotel located opposite Mirabell garden. And quite a few Asian eateries ard esp walking distance to this eatery place call Rechnung at Mirabellplatz. Serving both Chinese n sushi. Awesome food n servers. Dieter from the information and tourism desk has been exceptionally helpful & friendly. . Showing us where to go n must try eateries. Downside will be Breakfast average, not as fantastic spread. Other than that, all is good & I'll go bk this hotel again. Thanks"

"Fabulous hotel! Warm, clean ,and friendly ! The staff are extremely helpful explaining how to see the sights, find the buses and trains and the best places to eat . The hotel is so handy for everything.. all within easy walking distance Free tea and coffee station was lovely, with a cosy place to sit . Microwave if you need it too. Nice bar . Beautiful bedrooms Small supermarket opposite hotel. Taxi rank outside. Now ,the breakfast was amazing!!! Everything you could possibly want, beautifully presented. If I go back to Salzburg , I will stay here! Thanks. to all"

"I have lived in a more satisfactory hotel in a multi-country tour of Europe. It is a mountain road of a small castle. It is very good to park. The hotel has its own small parking lot. After entering the door, the staff welcomed us warmly and let us sit in the bar with free welcome drinks, the hotel is said to have existed in the 14th century and has been renovated and well maintained. There is a nice fountain in front of the gate that feels aristocratic. There should be more than 20 rooms in total, the room is clean and warm, the view outside the small balcony is the entrance garden. There is also a welcome fruit plate and private welcome letter in the room. It is worth mentioning that the restaurant in the hotel is a star Michelin, the food is delicious in many Michelin restaurants, in addition to the dishes there are many appetizers and petit fours desserts. There are also many types of breakfast (the European general breakfast is relatively simple), and you can even order foie gras, caviar, steak, etc. Overall, the service is very warm, you can feel the sincerity and enthusiasm of the service staff, and Christmas in an overseas holiday can be said to be very touched."
