Best Brighton-Le-Sands Hotels

After being scammed out of thousands by a holiday house that turned out to be uninhabitable, Novotel Brighton came to the rescue. Not only when we called at 3am in distress because the original place was uninhabitable, but they kept outdoing themselves the entire time. We were in Sydney from Perth for 4 nights, to visit a very sick family member, and only originally wanting a night to gather our thoughts and find somewhere to stay with our family of 5. After the exceptionally professional way our family were treated from the get go, we decided to spend the entire time with Novotel Brighton. From the second we arrived, to our departure, we were made to feel welcomed, valued, important and appreciated. We spent the first 2 nights in adjoining rooms and when we asked if we could please alter for more space, the reception immediately accommodated the request. The rooms were all extremely clean, comfortable and tended each day. Staff went above and beyond, even placing our Daughters teddy so sweetly. You can’t even imagine her delight! To all the Staff that were involved, Night Managers, Day Managers, Reception and Room Attendants, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of us. For making a really bad experience into one we will never forget. So much so, that as a family, we have all decided that our next trip to Sydney, we will be making only ONE call for accommodation, and that’s to YOU!

There is no elevator, the house is on the second or third floor, and the bar will be noisy at night. There was no hot water supply on the night of our stay. The only advantage of choosing to stay here is that it is close to the airport. UBER taxis can be done as long as 20dollars, saving a lot of time on the road.

Though the room was small but it is ok for one pax.However the toliet bowl was open and the shower cabin was too small.

The room was quaint, but everything about this hotel was decent. The bathroom was big enough, very clean, and has top-of-the-line sundries. It was very conveniently located just below the departures hall. Because of its size, there’s really not much to expect, but the cleanliness and service are superb. I did have one concerning experience when my room suddenly was filled with the smell of suffocating engine fumes, and I was woken up in the middle of the night. I have written a letter about it; I am waiting for the hotel’s response.

Very helpful receptionists! Room was clean and tidy, also incredibly large! Location was easy access to train station with trains going east and into the city. Definitely recommend!

Rydges Sydney Airport: A lifesaver!  Our family of three faced cancelled flights, but the hotel's kindness and amazing staff made a difficult situation much better.  Fair price for a much-needed stay.  Highly recommend!

This place is really nice and clean, but the soundproofing is average at night. It's very close to the airport and it's very convenient to take a taxi in the morning. It's a pity that I didn't take pictures of the room. If you are catching a flight, it is highly recommended! !

It was a rather long distance to drag luggage with a child at 11 at night. It was nice to take the airport shuttle in the morning, but It was a shame because it was a long way to get in. The room was large and spacious, but the bathroom was too big and empty. It was a bit scary. Overall, it is clean and satisfactory.

Excellent overnight accommodation after arriving from overseas. Room was clean, large enough for overnight and bathroom great.
