"I have lived for 9 days and I have a good night's sleep. Of course, I am not a picky person. There is a running water design in the yard, probably from 7 am to dark, the sound feels like a river, the first day is a little uncomfortable. The room type is a suite in two rooms. The doors open from the corridor are the doors of the two rooms. Therefore, the sound insulation is almost the same. Occasionally, the voice of the neighbors can be heard. Two days in the morning, the sound of another door is awakened. . I saw a small strong on the balcony. I thought about it, I used paper to throw it. Good location, climbing to the cathedral, there are few tourists, you can quietly experience the culture of Christ, down the mountain to the sea stall; the other side is the civic center, there are art galleries and museums. There is a variety of cuisine throughout the street, including a lady's favorite chocolate drink shop."
"This hotel, I decided not to live. Because in the first day of Manly I set up a family hostel, the family could not live. So I went straight to Newcastle's Oriental Hotel (because it looks almost the same). So the comment will give you a medium."
"This was a great property which I believe is fairly new. Very large room, with kitchenette and great bathroom. Toiletries supplied were first class. Very contemporary in the design and layout and reception staff were most helpful on arrival and took us up to our room. The king size bed was luxurious, comfortable as were the pillows. I would definitely stay there again in the future."

"First time at a Crystalbrook hotel. It was a pleasant experience. Rooms are really spacious with nice modern decor/retro design touches. Bed was ok, pretty firm. Room entry is a bit of a wasted space around closet area, probably could have been better utilised. Bathroom was well equipped, probably could have been bigger based on wasted entry area. The hotel has a rather sombre vibe so a bit vanilla in that respect. Restaurant not open Sunday eves so couldn't try. Bar on top level has pretty good views but a bit disjointed between nice bar and seating area in a seperate room. Didn't get a buzzy feeling there. Location was ok, bit out of central CBD but close enough to Darby St eateries so had my Sunday dinner there. Opposite Civic Park and close to waterfront. Loved the ”no plastic bottle” and refillable water stations for an eco friendly experience. "
"The apt is managed by an agency which did not make an effort to contact you using other medium beside SMS. So, in convenience. At Aussie standard, the apt complex can be better clean - too many dry leaves on the ground - otherwise good place with good location."
"Location: close walk to shops and entertainment
Clealiness: one of the best out of my stays at serviced apartments in Australia
Servce: receptionists were nice and helpful
Facilities: didn't use but there's a pool. Parking available at fee and also easy to use.
Overall a great stay and the family was happy!"

"I enjoyed the flawless performance from check in.
It took a very short time to get me through,we appreciate that especially having travelled for four hours to Newcastle!
The breakfast was superb and a great menu for everyone…
Our daughter loved the choice of cereals and fruits and keep it up!
See you again sometime this New Year 2025
I was just concerned about the parking fee ;
Upon checking was informed it cost me 16$ for a day,we stayed 4 days and last night I realized was charged 128 $ which means was charged double or to my understanding does a day means 12 hrs ?
Thank you"
"Great location, easy remote operated check in service.
Communal area presented well. The lift worked to go upwards from ground to level one, but it wasn’t functioning when we left (downwards function from level one to ground).
Room 1 - upon entering had a horrible dirty shoe smell. It has a major shower drainage problem where the fall of the shower floor runs into the room, possibly over time water on the carpet is causing the constant smell.
The hand basin drain was also blocked.
The renovation was modern, however the wear and tear is now evident. Could do with a bond clean and some maintenance. The ratings could improve easily if maintenance and cleanliness were addressed because the service and location are great."
