Being in a wheelchair, my Carer and I were very impressed with the layout of the Deluxe Villa we were assigned during our recent visit, showing off Albany to my brother. It is one of the best villas/accommodation I have stayed in for a long time! Overall it was very comfortable, cosy and all the added little extras were a bonus. The grounds were beautiful, clean and this is definitely our next place to stay when next in Albany - hopefully for a longer stay! Thanks to the team@ Big4 Emu Beach.

Cosy, welcoming, comfortable, clean, awesome shower, lovely view of nature in caravan park out my kitchen window and very easy access to the beach and close to great cafe at Emu Point. Reasonable rates too. Kitchen well stocked for simple meals. Great sized fridge/freezer. Albany and surrounds are awesome inspiring!! Loved my stay. Thanks so much Tonia and Stephen!

Very good hotel, this trip is the best, not inferior to the five-star hotel, there is a welcome snack, staying before going to bed to drink before going to bed. The bed is very large, and the left and right mattresses are separated. The two people turn over and do not affect each other, and the quality of the bedding is good. The carpet is very comfortable. The most cattle is breakfast, in addition to the self-service part, a single point of free and rolling a considerable number of five-star hotels, the baby must eat breakfast must be a single point. I ordered a poached egg, served with crunchy bread and local asparagus and dried meat. The egg level of the Andaz Hotel in Tokyo is no different. Use the crunchy bread to pick up the egg yolk that flows out. It is delicious to cry. Oh, the plate is also very good. I even suspect that there is a seclusion chef here. I finished two eggs and heard other customers' feedback was quite delicious. The window was a small and beautiful garden. I will definitely come back to this hotel, not only for one day! The check-in process was very simple, and the information provided to us covered everything that we needed to know. There was adequate room for us to park our SUV, and the surrounding area was nicely covered in suitable plants. While our chalet was adjacent to others, there was good privacy and sound isolation - we were never disturbed by any sounds of other people staying. Being adjacent to the beach, there was a pleasant background sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Beach access was available nearby. WiFi Internet access was included, and worked seamlessly. The chalet had a well-equiped kitchen, a full-sized fridge and good cooking facilities. When it was time to checkout, this process was equally simple. In summary, we enjoyed everything provided and found nothing lacking that we needed.

Wonderful location, great owners and the perfect place to stay. Spacious, clean and fully fitted self contained units. Very comfy beds, excellent shower (better than mine!) and lovely clean new furniture. Couldn't fault it. Really great property and all on the ground floor so you can drive your car right up to your door. The kids loved it as it's close to the beach, right next to a big park and a nice quiet path next to the units where they can play on their scooters safely etc. Really excellent facility

We had booked a villa unit (with a king bed that the website said could be split in 2, which I asked for). When we arrived, I asked if the bed had been split, but they hadn't done so. However, they immediately upgraded us to a 2-bed apartment, with it's own off-street parking space, for no extra charge. It was perfect! One bedroom had a queen bed, the other 2 singles, with a shared bathroom (toilet, shower, vanity all in the one space). There was also a lounge area, dining table, and a small kitchen with a full-sized fridge. All the basics (crockery, cutlery etc.) were provided, not that we intended using any, but this would be perfect for a family holidaying near Middleton Beach (Pelicans is just 2 streets from the beach). These apartments were likely built in the 1970s or 80s, and they've been revamped nicely. However, remnants of the original building still remain---the bathroom in our unit hadn't been modernised, and it had what appeared to be the original fixtures and fittings, and so looked a little 'tired' and outdated. Same for the kitchen fixtures and fittings. I think the air conditioner was a bit old too as it was much louder than more modern split systems (the 'low' fan setting sounded very loud). However, all the floor coverings, window treatments, beds, bed linen etc. were modern. The beds and pillow were particularly comfy. I'd stay here again.

We stayed as 2 couples pleased with location and the lodges were clean However at midnight the residents of the lodge below used the spa bath for an hour ! we were woken unsure what the loud noise at the time we contacted the emergency number the guy said we should knock on their door ....which really wasn't our place to do they refused to come out however rang the room and the noise stopped ! we mentioned this incident to reception no apology .It says in their notes about the place NO SPA use after 10pm clearly they don't enforce that rule ....as a result of lack of consideration to rule abiding guests I wouldn't recommend staying here thought reception and emergency contact were totally unconcerned that our sleep had been distrubed No apology from Dolphin Lodge what's so ever
