Location: The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.

In order to make it easier to live near the Great Ocean Road Skydiving the next day, first-class facilities, independent villas, living room kitchen on the first floor, large rooms with balcony on the second floor, parking is free at the door, very convenient, just a few steps to carry luggage, front desk The staff is very enthusiastic. This motel is too close to the highway, and the front desk gave me a room facing the road. It is very noisy at night, and even double-glazed windows are useless. The hotel looks quite new, newer than the motels I stayed in along the way from Sydney, but the facilities are the most broken. The hair dryer and exhaust fan are broken, and the access control system in and out of the lobby often fails. In addition, I put the food bought in the supermarket in the refrigerator. Who knew that when I opened it the next day, I found cockroaches in the refrigerator, which is not hygienic.

I got up in the morning and wanted to borrow their vacuum cleaner to suck the car. The waiter at their hotel had agreed. I was also going to start vacuuming. A white supervisor came and said no. This kind of thing is wrong. Your employees agreed that the supervisor should comply. And although the general motel will not take the initiative to offer this service, the guest will not reverse the application.

Was a little hard finding the place. Bed was very comfortable. Said buffet at the time of booking but because of current circumstances, COVID crap, it changed a few things but we weren’t notified so that was a little downer.

We stayed in Holiday Inn Werribee for a week and our accommodation included breakfast. The reception services on 8/F was excellent. In particular, Ms Lolita was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was located on 8/F. The breakfast was buffet style. The food in general was good. Our room was spacious. There were ample parking spaces on 3/F for hotel guests. The only problem was when I exited the garage every day, I had to inform the parking attendant via untercom that I was a hotel guest before I could exit. That's a bit annoying. Hotel reception staff had tried to rectify this issue 3 times but in vain.
