My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stayed in Oakwood Premier Hotel. The receptionist guy on Friday Morning, 10th Jan, was super nice, friendly and kind. He changed our room facing the city view. We went straight to the hotel after we arrive in Melbourne to put our luggage in their luggage storage because the check in start at 3pm. However, our room were already ready, so we managed to get some sleep and rest. The bed is so comfortable and we got a amazing view! So I really enjoyed our stay there for the whole time! What a great first travel experience in Melbourne! Surely, we will be back!

The hotel was what I expected, neat, clean, and overall pretty good. The staff we're great, most are Thai people, (probably the friendliest in the world 🌎) and nothing was a problem....
I did find the location...not ideal for what I had planned that night, (Pearl Jam at Marvel Stadium) but still, it was close enough so as not to be an issue.

The furniture and kitchen equipment are very complete, which is very suitable for small families to buy ingredients and cook back!
The room was very clean, in addition to the sound of the heater is a bit loud, next time you have the opportunity to book the same hotel again

Although the location is not in the city, it is very close to the city. Not far from the Royal Botanic Gardens, the hotel is clean and the service is very good.

Hotel location is very good. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to Eureka Building to the State Art Museum and Royal Botanic Gardens. It is no more than 10 minutes. We chose to go to Eureka Building as a convenient hotel. The only flaw in the evening experience is that the price is slightly higher but still acceptable.

GGuest UserThe room was a really good size. The balcony was at a level where there was no building blocking either the view or afternoon sun - we had to pay extra for this though. The fridge didnt really seem to work, at least the freezer didnt. When putting icecreams in the freezer, they melted, so I turned the dial to cooler and then the fruit in the fridge froze our fruit. We really shouldnt need to adjust settings in the fridge/freezer for them to work. Also the toilet keep running after it flushed. The only way to stop the running of water was to push down on the flush a few times quickly.

GGuest UserI have put book 2 connecting rooms. One is King size bed the other twin beds. Both rooms are very comfortable. The twin beds are two queen size beds which can accommodate 4 people. Good view of a Yarra river and the old station across the river. Location very convenient as it connected to many different restaurants. I would also recommend using its very nice gym and warm and big swimming pool. Kingpin in the hotel mall (ask the hotel staff) is also recommended for travellers with children and teenagers. Lots of fun as their video games are great, with Laser tag and bowling.

Allows guests to take away breakfast if they are not able to eat at the breakfast table due to catching flight etc. Hotel is new and clean however the design of sharing door for the shower and toilet is bad as water leaks out from the shower cubicle into the living area. This is dangerous and slippery. I nearly fell down! Otherwise this is a good hotel.

GGuest UserI booked it for S$600 for 3 nights. Very good deal and it is a very nice hotel. Spacious for 2 adults 2 children. Separate shower room and toilet. It would be nice if it comes with bathtub though. Nothing else to complain other than the inconsistency in roomkeeping service. They only topped up amenities like tissue box upon request though it was empty during room keeping. Need to request for extra pillows as only gave 4 per room for 2 queen sized beds. not within free tram zone but only 1 stop away from free tram zone. Usually we will stop at batman park stop and walk back. Links between 2 crown hotels, very convenient.

AAnonymous UserThe room is clean and has complete facilities. The staff was very friendly, but it was difficult to find a parking space. The bad part of the experience was that for some reason the room upstairs made noise at 6 o'clock, and the electric drill was used continuously after 8 o'clock, which greatly affected my sleep in the morning. When we booked the room, we clearly chose to arrange a quiet room as much as possible, but we were still placed below the room where construction was taking place.

SSHINWEIThis order was following the previous booking from Oct 9 to 14 (this one starts from 14 to 16). Unfortunately we didn't received any daily service of the room makeup on Oct 14. Normally the room needs to be cleaned up before the next order; with our consecutive booking, we saved them the effort of the overall cleaning. Despite that, our room was not cleaned at all surprisingly. It ****** to have no choice to use dirty towels from the previous day after a long day.

JJasmine+: The premium double bed room with city view is beautiful and the amenities/facilities fantastic (beds were very comfortable, view was lovely, and the breakfast buffet bar had a wide selection of great options).

UU.CLocation is great and convenient to public transport/grocery shops, room that i booked high floor with stunning view. The staff was really helpful and response/attend to guest very quick. The only thing is the check in process, although the office is just across the road, might be a little troublesome for people who brings big luggage.
