We booked a three bedroom with pool views. The whole unit is extremely spacious. The photos do not do them enough justice. There is everything you could need in the rooms already. This would be a great stay for families or for couples travelling together. The deck is large enough to chill out and relax. The pool looked to be maintained atleast twice daily. We are already planning our next trip back as we enjoyed it so much there.

Great 2 bedroom unit stay for our family of 2A and 2c. Shared bathroom including toilet in between rooms and ensuiting to the main. Shower head is fixed fairly low on the wall, so not ideal for tall people, water pressure however was great! Extremely comfortable bedding, best sleep in ages! Lounge was well equipped with large tv and comfortable recliners. Kitchen was well equipped and in room laundry was handy. Spare lounge/sofabed room was great for storing luggage. Large pool that had a crisp temperature for a hot day.. Bbqs close to the pool area for use. Undercover dedicated room parking close to room allocation. Secure entry to resort with room key fob. Fairly quiet resort considering it was school holidays, short walk to the boat club precinct. Would stay again.

Parking right outside the rooms and a very friendly and helpful receptionist.
The fan and AC in the room worked well and weren't too noisy.
Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and shaving cream provided.

The room had an extremely strong cheap motel disinfectant smell.
I could not sleep. While the (King) bed was absolutely marvelous.
Due to the strong smell, we opened the door of the garden site for fresh air. It was 7 degrees outside.
There was an extra blanket, for a single bed. You understand that we missed a bit of sleep.
And I sent you a photo from the wardrobe, and the surrounding decoration, which was quite a joke.
The single extra blanket on a king bed is not effective. The room had only one chair, so I put a garden chair in the room.
The shower and the bed were the best things in this apartment, and that's all.
The reception area needs urgently new furniture. Warn out unclean chairs.
The management of this Ramada Franchise should get their act together!

The hotel was amazing as per usual, however the new staff member had no idea about the facilities and what each room had in them. We had a heap of microwave items we disposed of , just to find there was a microwave after being told there definitely wasn’t one. Maybe the staff need to look in the rooms every once and a while .

A particularly good hotel, highly recommended for children. There is a beach swimming pool specially prepared for babies in the hotel, which can be used by both children and kids. The back door is the seaside, and there are supermarkets, restaurants and dessert shops in the surrounding area. I plan to stay here next time I return from the Great Barrier Reef.
