Best Yarralumla Hotels

Our room was spacious and clean with a beautiful bathroom. The bed was really comfortable but the pillow was too hard and lumpy. I really don't like the duvet only on top of the bed. Why isn't a top sheet used any more? The pool, sauna and club facilities were awesome. Great access to the lake for walks too. Parking isn't free. We used the 3 hours free section.

What an amazing stay. Everything was spotless, comfortable and a lot of thought put into what we would need as travellers. Food was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. Best meals I’ve had in a long time. The issue we had was difficulty with check in. There is not a ‘person’ there to help with anything. We will definitely be back again!

A very quiet, clean and well run hotel. Very close to Parliament House and a 15 minute bus ride from Canberra CBD (No. 59). There is a local shopping centre with lots of restaurants, cafes and a Coles supermarket only 10 minutes walk away. Plenty of off street parking if you have a car. There are only two room types on the hotel's official website. The basic rooms include inward-facing rooms with no lighting and those with daylighting. We were assigned to an inward-facing room. The lighting was poor and the stay was very depressing. After asking to change rooms, we were still given an inward-facing room. However, you do not need to pay extra for an outward-facing room. When you check in, you must ask the front desk for an outward-facing room. As far as I know, the room on my side of the room seemed to be the only one on the night I checked in, and other guests were assigned to it. Outside facing room type and the room was very dirty. It's worth mentioning that the common areas are nice and the mattresses are very comfortable. There are only two room types on the website of the hotel, but some with open-view while others with interior view, we had been allocated to a room with interview and the room was so dirty especially in the bathroom.

Impressive interior design! A good and standout option vs normal ‘hotel’. Lighting inside the room as well as sound proof from corridor could be improved.

We had a great stay at the Rydges. We arrived earlier than normal check in time and they accommodated us with little wait time. Room was clean and tidy nice hot showers as were from WA it was -1 when we arrived. No complaints front desk staff were super friendly and helped with and questions we asked regarding places to go and see while here on our short stay. Would stay again, definitely recommend.

I booked a two-bedroom apartment. The room is large and spacious. The view of the hall is mountain view, very beautiful. Once inside the hall is the bar, the lights are dim, the music is delicious, the western food is there, the hotel is very big, the bar is just a few, there is also a movie theater. The decorations are all wood strips, I can't understand them, I feel special art. Both bedrooms have no windows and are just a bathroom. There are many kitchen utensils and many tableware. Breakfast is the kind of order. Very close to the city center, a quiet hotel. More than 2,000 a night, the front desk will not be Chinese, it is a hotel for foreigners. Canberra has a beautiful view and is especially suitable for living.

This hotel is next to the Australian National University. We attended the graduation ceremony of my daughter's master's degree. The stay was very convenient and comfortable. There are special restaurants and bars in the hotel.
