The room is relatively old, the breakfast is very average, there are not many things, the advantage is that if the window faces the Caspian Sea, the view is good. You can see the Caspian Sea for breakfast, and the view of the Caspian Sea from the window of the restaurant next door is good.

Были в данном отеле перед Новым годом! Все очень понравилось! Номер шикарный с панорамным остеклением и амбиентной подсветкой, все системы работают, нужно сделать потеплее пожалуйста, номер нагревается моментально. Дизайн номера и отделка современные, в номере все есть, находится в нем очень приятно. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал отеля, все максимально вежливые, с утра на завтраке встречают с улыбками, спросят все ли тебя устраивает, принесут кофе или что попросишь. У жены на даты пребывания выпало день рождение, отель подарил презент, но как это было сделано просто вау, шампанское и тортик со свечкой вывезли во время завтрака, персонал вышел поздравить было очень приятно! Огромное спасибо всем сотрудникам отела. Завтраки на высоком уровне, каждый найдет то, что любит,и чудесная сервировка . Это Один из лучших отелей в которых мы были! Рекомендуем!!!

The hotel is in the old part of the city, next to the Shirwanshakhov Palace and the Girl Tower. Go to the hotel on foot and find easy. The room is clean, the towels are snowy, the room has tea, water, teapot. Health in the bathroom: shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes - all there are. The floors are warm, we even lowered the battery temperature and opened the window (November) so warm in the room. Very attentive and responsive staff, told the restaurant where to eat. One day for breakfast came to the very end, and Aitan prepared us separate eggs in addition to common dishes. It was very pleasant.

The hotel is located far from the old city, this is an extra cost for a taxi. It is a long walk. The reception is open 24 hours, but at night they turn off the lights at the entrance. The rooms are quite old, but everything worked, including the refrigerator. The toilet was swinging. Before leaving, water was poured from the ceiling of the bathroom. Not all the staff knows other languages, except for Azerbaijani, there is a language barrier.

Decided to pay a little extra and go with this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the gym is good 👍. Only downside was that the pool is either too cold or too windy. Given the fact that the main recent we booked it was for the pool, it is a shame that we didn’t get to swim much! Staff are very friendly.

MMemory HallWalking 🚶♂️ 🚶♀️ distance from the airport, just walk directly to the hotel, you will see right infront of you. Quickly Bypass the Taxi Hawking parking lot into the path in the trees leading into the only building the Hotel, Walk through the beautiful Rosa Damascena, pass your hands on the fragrant Rosemary planted next to it
The Hotel interior is beautiful and clean, the Staff give a good impression of how friendly Azerbaijani folks can be, from the Receptionist girl that checks you in, to the Door staff.
The rooms will have more drinking water as I was dehydrated after the flight and the water was gone in seconds. Talked to the staff they said they will immediately start adding more bottles of drinking water to all hotel rooms, they did so as they showed me they have a whole storage room full of drinking water bottles.
Breakfast was very nice, Breakfast Waiters were extremely helpful.
Night Bar/Restaurant also nice, a very patient waiter went through all their Menu on phone then he went through the whole menu again in person, until he saw I was satisfied with my choices.

FFengyingyanA very good family boutique hotel. It is very close to the subway gate in the old city. It only takes 5-10 minutes to walk there after getting off the subway. It is really friendly to travelers with luggage. The front desk is also very friendly. Check-in requires a cash deposit or document mortgage. Be sure to order Turkish-style tomato eggs for breakfast. It is a very delicious breakfast. The hotel is also very close to the meeting point for day tours. It’s just that the hot water nozzle is not very useful, but the flaws are not concealed. I will come again😘

Before yesterday we were here for 5 nights, after spending one night in maajid hotel we missed the amenities & luxuries we had in this hotel so early morning we decided to come back to AUSTIN HOTEL BAKU again because its in the heart of baku , every time whether its day or night you look outside the window, you see the world alive in nice dresses & good moods, i would say its the HILTON HOTEL OF VEGAS in Baku.
No scam at all but please book this hotel only through trip.com because trip.com get you half price, i came here personally to check the price for a room , they quoted me a $100 night which is reasonable but i opened trip.com app & found the same room price in just $50 a night then i try to book & its done in just 1 minute.

PPaopaobawanglongThe location is very good, right in the old town, and the price is so low. It is very convenient to visit the old town and surrounding areas at night. I stayed in the Marriott a few days ago, and every time I took a taxi to the old town, I had to be stuck in a 40-minute traffic jam, which was so frustrating. There is a small balcony where you can enjoy the breeze and see the flame tower.

GGuest UserСам отель больше тянет на 3*, а не на 4*. Рядом стройка, что добавляет шума, пыли и соответственно портит вид из окна. На 7-ом этаже советую не селиться, поскольку на 8-ом находится круглосуточный ресторан, в котором периодически проходят различные мероприятия, после которых персонал расставляет мебель обратно. Уснуть при таком раскладе сложно, так как шумоизоляции естественно никакой нет. Завтраки разнообразные, шведский стол, но качество еды на твёрдую тройку. Постельное бельё чистое, но с дырками. До старого города неспешным шагом примерно 25-30 минут. В общем не могу сказать, что было ужасно, но второй раз в отель точно не вернусь.

A suggestion is to stay there but be extra careful with the hotel accessories specifically gass doors, they are not strong. Live there extra care.

AArtyom PetukhovWhen I checked in I was told the door is broken so I could not open it with the electronic key and they'll open it, but it's gonna be fixed the next day. Of course it was never fixed and I had to ask the staff to open it for me every time. Felt REALLY awkward. Then some day some random woman (she was working here I believe) just opened my door and walked in while I was in my room at midnight, saw me, said sorry and run away. What was that I have no idea, but it kinda gives you an idea about their take on privacy. The TV was not working, because the cable was literally torn apart, the WiFi broke down several times and one time it was more than 24 hours. The showerhead was broken, the water from the shower never went the way it supposed to, but straight to the floor, the toilet was not really attached to the floor (thankfully it was attached to communications). With that being said, I still think the hotel is okay for the price, the room was nice, big and clean and had a personal balcony and the staff were really friendly.
