In fact, if you want to say how good the rooms are, they are definitely not as good as those in China. But compared to Bangladesh, it has exceeded expectations. You can imagine the living environment in China in the 1990s. You can’t compare it with domestic ones.
Another good thing is that the food provided is from Shandong and Sichuan. Compared with the fear of diarrhea in Bangladesh, Chinese restaurants in Bangladesh are expensive, so you can save a lot of money on driving. The most important thing is that it is opened by Chinese people, so there is no barrier to language communication. I am going to Bangladesh in January and will book this hotel again.

I didn't stay at the Mango Hotel in Dhaka before because I accidentally lost my passport and I felt so miserable in this place where I had no relatives! Later, my friend introduced me to the Mango Hotel and said that he would help us Chinese people. I found the Mango Hotel with a nervous heart. The owner was really good. I picked up the phone and called the embassy and sent someone to take me to complete the procedures. Because I had to wait for a few working days to get the documents, I stayed in the hotel. To be honest, the cleanliness of the hotel was my first impression. The second was that all the meals were authentic Chinese food. The third was that all the staff were warm and the service attitude was super good. It made me feel like home. I want to express a lot, and I am not dragging my feet. If you plan to come to Dhaka, Bangladesh for inspection, you must choose the Dhaka Mango Hotel. The owner has been here for more than 20 years and knows all walks of life. He will not let you get lost. You will not regret choosing the Dhaka Mango Hotel, which will save you detours. It is worth recommending! Thanks to everyone at the Dhaka Mango Hotel.

The room is OK, and the breakfast is OK. It is next to the airport road, so try to ask the front desk not to arrange a room facing the street. The picture shows the sky garden on the top floor, and the swimming pool is also on the top floor
The room and infrastructure were decent, but the check-out front desk provided a masterclass in deliberate troublemaking. Despite booking for one person, we checked in as two. The front desk happily took our IDs and checked us in without a peep. But the next day, a different front desk clerk, evidently lacking any understanding of the situation, decided to inform us that an extra person would cost an additional 10 US dollars. Bravo! Such logic could only come from a true genius.
Naturally, I was livid and had a heated argument with them. Their service attitude was stellar—extremely poor and unprofessional. If they intended to charge extra, why not inform us during check-in instead of springing this delightful surprise at check-out? Clearly, they’re connoisseurs of the fine art of annoying guests.
I had initially thought well of the hotel, but thanks to this delightful front desk experience, all those positive feelings have been thoroughly obliterated. Rest assured, this hotel is now on my blacklist. I will make it my mission to advise my friends against staying here in the future. What a gem of an establishment—truly heartwarming and utterly revolting!
It was reported that there were too many mosquitoes last time, this time it is worthy of praise. There is no re-experience of the last time in the basic room.
This time I lived in a club room, and the supporting executive lounge needs to be complained about. It’s embarrassing to take a few bottles of drinks and say no, you have to drink them in the lounge or pay for them. I want to ask how much the hotel is short of for drinks?
The customer-oriented service awareness is still not enough. We should study how to make the guests live comfortably, instead of thinking about where we can charge more money.
