Room with very bad acoustics. In addition to listening to the noise of the street, it was possible to listen to the guest of the apartment above with a child who pulled a lot and pulled the chair and when the complaint was made to the reception they said we had to accept the disturbance until 22:00, the two elevators were not enough to meet the demand and we had to go down the stairs with the bags after long waiting for the elevator. Some staff were unconscious and unconscious about the guest, and the stop for boarding and landing is not practical, and when we arrived there was no place to park the car, except the garage staying in another square.

Hotel Rosenbrock is very good hotel with free parking, when reaching the room has a 1-litre mineral water (cortesia) in the rooms, although it is not near the beach (about 8 squares), it is very good hotel with free parking, and it has a 1-litre mineral water (cortesia) in the rooms, small detail but sometimes helps mostly mothers with children, when check out you always have some mimo or a memory and the team has excellent treatment with customers and a very well served full breakfast.

Room without a table with a chair .
The door lacked towel, the door box sabun falling all roughly.
Room with a terrible smell of chest and covers smelling bad .
Dark lift and smelling of mofe.
They promise parking on the site but you don't have.
I was in the bottom of the very bad room.
The breakfast that saves you from so many bad things.

GGuest UserI loved my stay, even if it was just one day. The room was clean with new furniture and the bathroom was clean. The service was great, always ready to help and quick. I just thought it was strange that the 17th floor had a ramp up from the elevator to the rooms. Whoever designed it deserves a 0.

GGuest UserI booked a room with a couple bed and a single bed for a stay at the weekend and they put me in a room with three single beds, positioned close to each other with one space in the middle to simulate a couple bed. I asked for the exchange of the room for which I paid and they told me there were no more rooms with double bed, that those who had had had already been occupied by people who stayed greater than my and even I explained that the description of the room for which I was staying I paid, it was different from what they were making available to me, they said it was what I had, I asked to talk to the manager and I sent an email explaining what happened. They called me by phone and told me that the room for which I was asking would be available only in another hotel, of the same network and that they could put me there, provided that I paid the difference of 700 reals per day!!!!!! I was angry and I wondered if you were talking seriously, so then she said everything right since you were coming right now, we managed to exchange the room for one with a couple bed, But you need to come now, because we'll clean and release your room to make available to other people.
Finally, after they thought I should pay 700 more and go to another hotel, they found a room compatible with my reservation at the same hotel where I was and exchanged our room. To do so, we canceled the request from the restaurant where we were and went back to the horeal.
The receptionist was arrogant and devoured, laughing when I said I was not asking for any favor, but asking for a room with the same description of the room I booked in advance and that was also paid in advance.
They never had the attitude to apologize for what happened and I felt disrespected as a consumer. It was a situation that generated me unnecessary stress and that has overtaken my short trip and I still have to deal with it.
The location of the hotel is excellent and the other staff very well-performing and educated.

GGuest UserI didn't like to pay again when I arrived at the hotel, even when I presented the voucher and the debit document on the card, they said the trip had not passed the value for them. Fortunately, on Monday afterwards, unlike the hotel's finance service ”which I didn't want to know”, TRIP gave me the best service and returned the money paid directly to the hotel. I'd be on the street, because I came to the hotel at night.

But the facilities are bad.
You have no waste in the room, only in the bathroom. To use TV you have to turn off the fridge. You have no chair in the bathroom. Our hygiene products were on the floor of the bathroom and in the pier wasn't going to put anything. The bathroom box was not clean.
All is 220 so the hotel provides 1 super heavy transformer that should be returned soon after use.

Hot air did not work, reception staff with an air of disregard and irony, shower with regulation problems, poor quality TV, crowded hotel with only 1 elevator working at breakfast time, breakfast with a lot of variety but with poor quality, and the worst, very torn pillowcase.

- The location of the hotel is good, is located in a square of the Central Beach of BC;
- The comforts are clean (Our room was ok at least)
Negative
- The bed was well used (such as a variety of hairs), the paddle was not spooned, the washing vase was troubled, the small room was old covered;
- the shower does not warm much;
It is a good hotel for anyone who wants to go to bed alone and wants something well located.
The breakfast is not served in the hotel, but in the next hotel (reliable variety).
