A localização do Hotel é muito boa , próximo ao shopping Estação e perto da rua XV, porém o hotel necessita de uma reforma... colchões não confortáveis, sanitário vazando , e o secador de cabelo que não funcionou e mesmo solicitando a troca ,não fui atendida. O café da manhã é o básico , porém sempre as mesmas coisas ,nem as frutas variam . O atendimento foi OK , funcionários educados. Íamos ficar mais uma diária,porém preferimos trocar de Hotel pois já nos hospedamos em outros até mesmo 3 estrelas com qualidade e localização melhores . Obs :O Nikko Consta como 4 estrelas , porém não corresponde.

Cet établissement est très bien. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un appartement hôtel. Ce qui change, le ménage et le lit ne sont pas fait. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas comprit. Vous disposez, d'une petite cuisine équipée, avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur (même si celui-ci est très bruyant la nuit) Les points positifs : Très bien situé en centre ville. A moins de 100 mètres de la rue du XV Novembre, rue piétonne et très commerçante. Proche, du jardin, Passeio Publico, de la place Tiradentes, de la rue des 24 Heures, des nombreuses stations de bus de la place Carlos Gomes, etc... Chambre propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, la notre avait la climatisation. Par contre la chambre nous semblait plus grande sur les photos! Très pratique, dans l'établissement, il y a une laverie (vous pouvez laver et sécher votre linge. Vous payé avec votre carte de crédit), un point restauration (ou vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner, une collation au cours de la journée voir déjeuner ou diner. La carte est limitée mais c'est très pratique), un point de vente à l'accueil pour dépanner ou vous trouverez, des boissons, gâteaux, produit de première nécessité (savon, dentifrice, etc...). Très sécurisé, dès votre arrivée vous êtes enregistré et il y a de la reconnaissance faciale pour rentrer dans l'établissement, de plus un agent de sécurité est présent à l'accueil 24H/24H. Le point négatif : l'enregistrement doit se faire sur Internet, donc pour les étrangers, obligation d'avoir un accès à Internet (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) et nous avons été bloqué car il fallait renseigner le CPF que nous n'avions pas ! Heureusement la personne de l'accueil nous a aidé à partir de son ordinateur, mais la procédure à durée plus d'une demi-heure. Fastidieux quand vous arrivez tard dans la soirée après votre voyage ou vous n'avez qu'une envie, c'est de rejoindre au plus vite votre chambre! Ce point négatif est plus particulièrement impactant pour les étrangers qui, n'ont pas d'accès Internet, pas de CPF et qui ne parlent pas Portugais. Ce point ne sera pas impactant pour les Brésiliens. En résumé, nous avons été très satisfait par cet établissement, que je recommande. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . The hotel is old if it was old, but it is old and dirty, and the beds, slippers and hairs are old, dirty and marked. The room was cleaned in the room, we were asked to clean the room, all the d6 were taken on, no day was taken on. Breakfast is not what is on the photo, too. In short, don't lose your time, nor get bored by coming to this hotel, find another, pay a little more, but be careful and not misleading.

The greatest problem is the room's cleaning, they forget to put their towels and toilet paper, and as soon as we entered the room there was no toilet paper. We stayed 5 nights and had 1 day that they didn't clean the room. They missed caprich in the beds' dressing and they didn't wash and exchange the glasses any day. They left the way we used. A positive point is the water filter available at the reception to fill our bottle because pay 10,00 per bottle of water is too much.

Hotel location in the city center, it is more convenient, there is also a market around, there are also Chinese restaurants, the overall is more convenient, the city is relatively clean, the hotel breakfast is not bad.

O hotel é bom, com limpeza diária dos quartos, e não tenho o que reclamar nesse aspecto. No entanto, os quartos precisam de uma dedetização, pois surgiram algumas formigas e meu marido e eu fomos mordidos por percevejos durante a estadia. Além disso, as tomadas são 110V, o que pode ser um inconveniente, já que o celular demora para carregar e eu não consegui usar minha escova secadora. No entanto, o hotel oferece um secador, que foi útil. Fora isso, o quarto é confortável, o café da manhã é gostoso e oferece uma boa variedade. A localização do hotel também é boa.

Adorei o hotel: localização próxima ao shopping Muller, acomodação e limpeza muito boa. Recepcionista Bruna muito cordial. Funcionárias do café Sheila e a outra moça que não recordo o nome muito hospitaleira. Seu Antônio da manutenção muito educado e prestativo. Ao lado tem o bar nacional muito legal, no domingo teve feijoada no almoço com música ao vivo.

This is a nice, modern boutique small hotel in a nice neighbourhood with a few decent restaurants within a 10 min walk. We booked the Magnum room for 5 nights which was modern, clean and quiet at the rear of the property with very good aircon. The bathrooms are spacious with powerful showers. A few more coathangers in the wardrobes would be useful. We did not like the refillable ceramic bottles of shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. They were heavy to use, had no lids and the quality of the products mediocre. There us a small gym, restaurant but no bar. Drinks are served in the restaurant. The cocktails are excellent. Breakfast is included in the rate and is fine but would benefit from having croissants/viennoserie on offer as cake for breakfast is not usually eaten outside of Brazil. A better choice of cereal would be good as they are all commercially made and too sweet for Europeans. If you are looking for some activities we can recommend the cycle tours from Pedro at Xtreme travel as we took 3 of these. A very nice, well managed hotel with good staff.

My husband and I went to business and the hotel has served our needs very well. The hotel has a very nice reception, fills the eyes, but the room has an older structure. It is all very clean, large bed, large room, excellent shower, with great water vacuum and adjustable temperature, clean and white bed clothes and towels. The air conditioning of our room was not very good during the day, but the night was well refreshing (confession I didn't understand that part), but it turned off three times alone during the day. The breakfast is tasteful, but it can improve in diversity. French bread was hard, it was not fresh. Receptionists and boys are educated. In short, despite the older structure, the rooms have taken care of us very well. It's a great cost and benefit, I'd like to stay back at the hotel.
