Best Lago Sul Hotels

It is a great location, it is very close to the airport, breakfast is incredible, with many and various options, a pleasant and welcome environment.

The location is a bit odd and there is no parking inside the hotel, only the public parking spots outside, there are often fully occupied, other than that the hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are big, illuminated and ventilated and the staff is super helpful.

Well, only the room had no good smell but I opened the windows and resolved it.

The room I stayed (216) was good but very close to the kitchen, where there was a lot of cheer of fries not pleasant. The internet was not working because the signal was not reached. The shower was without maintenance, i.e. little water was out. It was cleaning in the morning breakfast area, disabled, because the area is small, generating a lot of rotation. In one morning I had to clean the table to sit with my family. The other things were satisfactory.

The hotel is extremely new (less than a year after opening). There is no smell of mold neither old furniture (characteristic of most hotels in Brasilia). The hotel is also very well located. There is a mall right across the street, with many shopping and eating options. The staff is kind and helpful. A negative observation: the air conditioning was not properly working. The room remained at a temperature above acceptable, as well as the rooms’ corridors and elevators. However, this is just a detail that can be easily solved by the hotel. Overall, the benefits were very worth it. I will certainly stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights as 1st time visit to Brasilia. This hotel is showing it’s age. First room given did not have working AC or TV. Moved to another room, which didn’t have working safe box and only had 2 hangers. There were only 2 elevators and one had some issues. The location is across the street from 2 shopping centers and next to a gas station with convenience store and eateries. Despite being in a room on 10th floor, there’s thumping music (or noise from ?nightclub) late into night until around 5AM that interferes with restful sleep (bring your earplugs). PROS: location is close to TV tower and walkable to Sara Kubitchek park. The shower water pressure was good. The breakfast buffet on 1st floor was excellent and had good variety of food with amazing fruits. CONS: aging hotel that needs renovation; rooms are worn down; gym was sparse of equipment; elevators are slow. High noise level all night. Overall, 3 star hotel with great breakfast. Would only stay here again if given very high floor and earplugs.

We had a very good stay in a great room with fantastic views across Brasilia. Kevin Silveira and Eduardo Viana were particularly helpful as were the staff in the restaurant. There was no kettle in the room (a slight downside) but the restaurant team supplied us with hot water on request.

Toda a equipe é excepcional. Desde a entrada somos bem recebidos. Ficamos em uma acomodação super confortável com lençois bem fofinhos e macios, decorada, com varanda e uma vista linda! O café da manha é maravilhoso e delicioso! Desfrutamos de uma cobertura com área de piscina e uma vista encantadora! De lá contemplamos o por do sol mais lindo. Com certeza o San marco hotel sempre será nossa escolha número 1. Toda e equipe está de parabéns
