I spent only one night because I went to visit the homogeneous look that is very close. The breakfast is good and varied, but I did not see natural juice or detox. Basic couple room 06 January 2020 with special promotion for mobile phone. We rent 01 apartment by Airbnb in 5th floor, apartment with wonderful private jacuzzi!!! The apartment with 24-hour (always careful and educated), optional breakfast coffee (R$ 30,00), is simple and excellent, but in the same street there are 2 very good cookies to drink coffee, too; it has parking and how it is near the beach (01 square), We don't use the car for nothing.It is close to the Miramar shopping and the Banner Park, the sugar bread market, from various restaurants. Hotel muito bem situado próximo a Av.Ana Costa e perto de 3 shoppings... Fica 3 quadras da praia do Gonzaga Canal 2... Hotel muito charmoso...Funcionários educados é solícitos. Quarto bem amplo e decorado com Sala e sofás amplos,com mesa é cozinha funcional Duas TVs sala é quarto e sacada confortável. Tem ar condicionado na sala e quarto. Chuveiro sensacional... O café da manhã bem simples:Queijo e presunto,2 tipos de sucos,3 tipos de pães e 3 tipos de bolo,3 tipos de frutas,cereais... Café da manhã básico...Único ponto a melhorar. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar novamente sem problemas... Hotel foi uma grata surpresa.

Good afternoon. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, it was a wonderful 3 days and we had a great time. We liked everything, from the room accommodation to the leisure space. Room with comfortable bed and sheets I think are 400 thread count....lol very soft, sleep very well. Breakfast had almost a little of everything, staff were always helpful. I really liked the pool bar too, fair price and everything we ordered came perfectly, gin, caipiroska and a portion of counter filet and breaded chicken strips, delicious, very crunchy, and well served. I would like to congratulate the staff for their good, relaxed and good-natured service (APOLO AND BIANCA) BAR And Mr. JOAO who helped us with our luggage to the car, very helpful. I want to come back more often 😁🫶🙌👏 We loved the pool too. Thanks

The hotel is good but well disorganized, staff do what they can but needs a lot of maintenance. Although all rooms are of the same size, they all vary as the decor and items available, excellent breakfast, small swimming pool and amazing views. The worst negative point for my family was the disorganization of the booking management, we paid the value of stays months before hosting, because it was in the period of the reveillon, at the arrival the reception did not inform that the booking had not been paid, My sister had a copy of the evidence and let us go up. In the checkout the same distressing situation happened, the receptionist did not find the booking payment and said the hotel was not available on the platform we used to book. It was all right at the end, but no one likes to pass through this kind of constraint.

The check-in has been delayed without careful explanation of the hotel's operation. The room was pleasant, although small, the bed was dirty (some washing problem I believe), the TV control was broken. Despite the problems, staff quickly answered the requests. The breakfast was needed to be scheduled in advance.

The room is a good size and the bathroom is functional. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of variety. The door to my room was broken, it was difficult to close. And I didn't like the location.
