А нам все очень понравилось! Я совершенно не понимаю людей, которые приезжают в отель 3 звезды, а ожидают 5 де люкс и всем потом не довольны! Отель соответствует заявленной звёздности, чисто, опрятно, ничего не сломано. Завтрак отличный для 3 звёзд и даже сосиски не химические, а нормальные! Ребенок не всегда ходил на завтрак, нам любезно предоставляли ланч боксы. В номере было 2 халата, но горничная принесла нам халат и ребенку. У нас были проблемы с подключением к вай фаю, и мальчик на ресепшене Матвей около часа пытался решить мою проблему! Вызвал какого-то системного администратора, и они вдвоем пробовали различные варианты(мы не могли зарегистрироваться в сети со своими моб телефонами) Я была очень расстроена остаться без интернета(( Но мальчишки нашли очень необычное решение и победили интернет!! Спасибо им огромное за индивидуальный подход и проявленную эмпатию! Персонал замечательный!

It was at Green Parkl in Minsk for 2 days, due to cancellation of the flight waiting for the next. It is conveniently located near the airport, a beautiful patio area, cleanest new rooms, great service, attentive staff. Thanks to the staff at the restaurant for delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners, for attention and care. Girls on the recipe respect for speed and .professionalism . Live and thrive!

Ездил в декабре 2022 года. Отель без претензий. Приехал, заселился. В номере чисто, планировка уютная, обстановка достаточно спартанская, но мне много и не надо было. Персонал приветливый, девушки на ресепшене вообще милые. Недостатки, уже как бывший строитель. Отделочникам - руки оторвать за такую работу, окно в номере, створка не отрегулирована, потому несколько сифонила, но погода была нормальной, когда съезжал, девчонок на ресепшене предупредил, что бы пришёл специалист и подкрутил эксцентрик. А так в принципе, тихий, уютный отель, с таким же домашним персоналом. Рядом ДС Веснянка, до центра добираться вообще без проблем. По большому счёту, рекомендую. И последнее, это в принципе ко всему Минску относится. Мне как жителю Татарстана не хватало того, что в Минске чай пьют мало, в основном кофе, а у нас принято раз в 15-20 минут пить чай. Мне в Минске чая не хватало.

Останавливались с 5-8 января в этом отеле. Из плюсов просторные номера, удобная кровать и матрас! Достаточно спокойный отель , ненавязчивый персонал. Халаты, тапки принесли по запросу сразу и нам и нашим друзьям. По уборке мы не очень вписывались в график уборок, поэтому просили заменить полотенца и принести что необходимо или вообще отказывались от неё. Вода в бутылках всегда была. Вкусный обед в номер и достаточно оперативно! Завтраки стандарт, единственное, холодные:( Из минусов чайником не смогли воспользоваться, т.к от него сильно запахло китайским пластиком. Сантехника в раковине с плохим напором . И очень жарко в номере, окно было всегда открыто.

Nice hotel, easy to find (thanks to its special shape), situated near Kuntsevschina metro station (15-minute walk or 3 stops by bus, which stops a few metres from the hotel). Quiet surroundings, a few supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity. The room was pleasant, with 2 beds, a balcony, TV set, desk and chair, a big wardrobe and toilet with a shower, toiletries and hairdryer provided. Cleaned every day. There were some issues with their card payment terminal when I arrived, but it was OK the following morning. Wi-fi not very strong and reliable, had some problems to log in on one phone and I didn´t manage to log in on another telephone. The receptions desk girls nice and helpful, no problem I arrived before midnight, and the evening before my departure they arranged airport transfer for me - I was leaving at 4 a.m. If ever in Minsk again, I will definitely try to get accommodation here.

Very nice Hotel in a great location close to Independence Palace and in a very green area! Staff were friendly and very supportive to all our requests. We had an amazing view from a balcony to a river and a park which is also accessible for a walk from the back entrance of the Hotel.

A strong provincial-Soviet style that has not eroded over the past 30 years. Including the style of communication of the staff with clients (with the exception of the maid on the 13th floor - the sweetest lady, apparently, is the exception here). Under no circumstances choose this place in the warm season - there is absolutely no ventilation in the rooms (there is also no air conditioning, but at least this is clear from the description), the stuffiness is terrible, even at night, when the temperature outside drops to 16-18, it is impossible to sleep - with the window fully open, the room does not cool down, you sleep wet all night, the whole bed is wet by the morning, the pillows are soaking wet. And this is only at plus 27-28 degrees during the day, maximum. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bathroom is in excellent condition, the bed linen and towels are clean and unwashed (maybe I was just lucky))). But this in no way compensates for the hellish heat in the rooms and rusty water. Disgusting quality of tap water. On the 13th floor, the hot water was ALWAYS rusty, no matter how much you drained it. On the morning of the second day, the cold water became rusty. This is simply unthinkable; it’s scary to wash your face with such water. In general - all the delights of service from a state-owned enterprise (yes, this is a state-owned hotel). You can spend the night only in a hopeless situation and under no circumstances in the summer.
