KKaren MengThis is a big hotel in Tofino. There is a restaurant downstairs. The breakfast is OK. The hotel room is clean. There is a kettle in the room. Ask the front desk for tea bags. Check out is usually at 11 o'clock. In the off-season, you can discuss with the front desk and extend it to 12 o'clock. Opposite is the famous Chesterman Beach. You can go to The Pointe for a meal. The environment is great.
GGuest UserGreat overnight stay by Sproat Lake. The panoramic room was very nice! Loved the huge bed!
The bathroom was also very good!
Will stay again with pleasure!
SSHASHAThe hotel is like a paradise. Although we have been in the rain for three days, it does not affect my good impression of the hotel. There are a lot of parking spaces in the hotel, and many tourists come to vacation with a surfboard. The rooms are very good in all aspects, both hardware and vision. The front desk sister is not too slow, nor a smile, but still patient.
SShalo LynUpon check in and check out took a few minutes for someone to come to the desk, but wasn’t a huge deal. It’s just nice to always see someone at the desk makes you feel like someone is always there and ready to help you in anyway, it more hospitable. They just check us in, we’re polite but not warm or friendly. Just felt they were there to do their job, not rude just not friendly. The headboards to the beds where roughed up a bit but other then that it was pretty clean. The wait staff in the pub was very nice! In all truth 175$ /night for a small town of a port Alberni and it being the middle of January…..eeee a little pricy. But it was what we needed, quiet, had a restaurant on site and a pool (we didn’t get a chance to use the pool so can not comment on that). I’ve worked in a few hotels in my life and this one was alright.
KKEVery good location, just by the pier, the cocktails and dishes in the hotel restaurant are very good. The front desk was enthusiastic, because of negligence, the wrong date was booked, the money was floating, but the hotel gave a half-price room on the day, avoiding the street.
TTAOA passing hotel to Tofino, because the Tofino hotel is difficult to book, the hotel is the standard motel, better than those 99, there is a gas station and McDonald's opposite the hotel.
