Best Baie-D'Urfe Hotels

This is only the second time we have stayed in this hotel. Originally we weren't supposed to stay here but Holiday Inn called and told us that during our 5 day stay they wont have hot water so because of that I had to cancel my reservation with them and decided to stay at Courtyard. I could count many things that make Marriot hotels better than Holiday Inn. First Marriot beds are I think the best amongst hotels we stayed in. Second this hotel is very new and is located in a quiet location and lastly as Marriot Gold members we get to have free wifi. All the desktop computers in the lobby are not functioning. I think they should not display them at all if it cant be used. This hotel has one of the most spacious lobbies in this part of Montreal.

Very satisfied with the surrounding tour of Mengcun. Come over for an hour in the city center, the paradise is located, the room is clean, the linen is clean, and the meal service is excellent. Walking in the hotel's garden, the magnificent North America and exquisite gardening are perfect combination.

The reception staff and specially supervisor Noemi is awesome, She has great skills to hanle any concerns during your stay. I had an issue staying in my room, water leakage from the window early morning and she compensate fairly also booked us the taxi to the airport. I will recommend everyone who want to stay in this hotel. Keep it up 👍

Hotel location is very good, not far from the airport, surrounded by plaza, big supermarket, pharmacy, shopping is very convenient. Parking is convenient, we live on the first floor, there is a door directly to the parking lot, we will park the car at the back door, open the door and put the luggage directly on the car, do not carry luggage. When we go, it’s snowing, it’s important not to carry luggage! The room was clean, the double bed was oversized and there were six comfortable pillows. Breakfast is served with hot omelettes and bacon and waffle machine. In short, I am very satisfied.

My husband and I stayed one night and we couldn’t had had a better experience ! Everything was clean and our room was big enough not to feel claustrophobic. Staff was very friendly but I need to make a special shout out to Carla and Darla from the breakfast staff . I commented to them on the neatness and cleanliness of the food items and they very proudly told me how they keep everything in order . I said it was like Buckingham Palace how they measured distances between chairs for example and how they faced the yoghurt in the fridge as another example of their dedication to above and beyond quality service . We will definitely stay in this hotel again .

Plenty of parking. I was not sure if it was all theirs, but no one said anything. I checked in through the app and stopped by the front desk to verify if I needed anything and all I received was a curt ”no”. There was only one working elevator which made for long waits to go up or down. The room was well done and very nice in the latest modern grey style. Very Grey. Nice and comfortable bed. Very nice bathroom with a good shower. Good place to stay, a bit expensive.

I stayed at this motel for 2 nights and was extremely impressed! The room that I stayed in was newly renovated, very clean, furniture was clearly new and in very good condition, had more amenities than I expected (kitchenette, fireplace, very strong wifi). The owner was also extremely kind. The location is also superb, as it is right across the street from a beautiful river! Overall, definitely exceeded my expectations - especially for a motel!

Nous avons obtenu une chambre minuscule sans air climatisée. Tapis dans la chambre et mauvaise odeur. Bain avec une grande plaque d’émail arrachée dans le fond, robinet de douche qui coule à moitié. Pas de séchoir à cheveux ni prise de courant dans la salle de bain. La température de la piscine était a 100 degrés, sûrement brisée. Pas très rafraîchissant après avoir été dans la chambre sans climatisation. Le souper était médiocre, porc tellement cuit que nous avions de la difficulté à le couper. Le lendemain nous avons demandé une chambre avec air climatisé sinon nous voulions quitter et être remboursé. La dame a été très avenante et a noté nos insatisfactions. Elle nous a re localisé dans une chambre avec air climatisé. Les chambres avec deux lits sont des lits de 39 pouces. La nourriture est vraiment très ordinaire avec trop d’herbes et d’épices , dont le cumin , qui fait en sorte que tout les repas ont la même saveur. C’est un service style cafétéria, chacun se sert et il y a un menu végétarien et un menu avec viande toujours trop cuite. Peu de variété dans les repas. Déjeuner plus intetessants mais la même chose à tous les matins, sauf du pain dire ou crêpes qui se sont ajoutés. Fromage marbré en petits cubes à tous les matins, peu de variété. Quelques matins il y a eue des pommes vertes sinon ce sont des fruits surgelés. Points positifs, tranquillité dans les airs communes et le site extérieur est vraiment très beau. Parcontre il y a plein de bernaches qui se promènent sur la pelouse et laissent leurs excréments dans lesquels on mets les pieds. Avec le tapis dans les chambres ce n’est pas agréables. Pour les activités incluses nous avons appris sur place que c’était une heure de vélo et une heure de pédalo ou kayak pour le séjour de 6 jours et non une heure par jour. Grande déception pour le « Forfait Sud Évasion » , séjour de 6 nuits , le prix est vraiment trop élevé pour ce qui est offert. Après avoir roulé 6 heures de routes nous sommes vraiment déçus de ses vacances à 1575$ pour deux personnes.

We like Hampton Inn Suites by Hilton Montreal-Dorval. The room is spacious and clean. We had a King size bed and a sofa bed for 4 people and it was good. The breakfast was great. This is a busy hotel so sometimes people were hard to find a table to sit and eat. But it was not a big deal.

The first night we were supposed to check in the system went down and we were not able to get into a room until later at night. By the night audit staff Khalil was amazingly accommodating. He found us an empty room to stow our luggage and rest and once it was up and running he got us into the room we booked for. The next day Angie did a phenomenal job managing the desk all by herself and solving the issue from night before. Would 11/10 come back to stay here.
