Outstanding
小小小栗子The room is so comfortable... It's great to have a comfortable bed to sleep in after a long day trip!! There is a simple kitchen, and there is a microwave that can be used after dinner time, but I don't drink coffee, only tea. It would be better if there is a machine that boils hot water!!
GGuest UserThe room is very comfortable, clean and sanitary.
The hotel is very close to the airport, and the shuttle is available on call, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserThe hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes, fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.
BBobI almost didn't book here because it appears to be a 1950s motel with fresh paint. That would have been a huge mistake. The location is perfect for wandering downtown and the parks by the lake. The room was bright, colorful, and one of the cleanest ever. I couldn't stop being amazed by the updates and upgrades, and all the bright colors kept me smiling. The color matched vw bus in the lot defines the character. I will choose Hotel Zed again over any of the boring up-scale or traditional places to stay in Kelowna. It's different, fun, and a great place.
LLTDWe were greeted by the staff when we arrived. Check-in only took a few minutes. The room was superb. Big and spacious room. We had a king and queen rooms and both has their own toilet and bath. A spacious living room with fire place and a balcony overlooking the mountains and lake. The kitchen has everything you needed. I couldn’t ask for more. The hotel is fantastic.
GGuest UserThere is some noise from Highway 97 at night. In the morning, there is noise from people walking on the same floor. It is very convenient to travel. The bathroom is small. Free water and coffee are provided at the front desk.
Llblb6Breakfast is good, you can eat a hot breakfast, there are not many varieties, but enough to eat, the fruit is not bad, will be added in time after eating. The room in the tower has an open balcony, sitting on a chair can look out at the outside scenery. The room is large, 12 minutes walk from the market, the price is OK, recommended!

Very Good
GGuest UserWonderful overnight stay while my husband and I were travelling through BC. We had a small issue with the cable TV but the staff was happy to help and figure it out. Would stay again. Thank you.
GGuest UserThis was a two day planned get away for my husbsnd and I. Great location, we walked everywhere. The deck was a bit dirty, however there is construction going on around this location. The garbage truck dumps the big bins at 5:30 am so if you get an early wake up call. The hotel itself is a good choice, restaurants is also good. No pub anymore, but does not say this online. All in all good stay.
