The room facilities are relatively new and I am very satisfied. The hotel is located together with the golf course. It is in the mountains and has a quiet environment. Breakfast is at your own expense, as is parking.

Really like the hotel …room, facility key very well … the only  unfortunate part was due to the fact of very noisy guests who party late into the night. Definitely like the hotel and we will be back.

It is not suitable for a family with kids. There is no bathtub. It is not really clean in bathroom. The indoor swimming pool is small.

We have stayed here as a family twice now while vacationing and doing business in the Victoria area and we love it. It will be our go to place now when we want to visit. There are a few restaurants, activities, and walking trails right our your door if you don't feel like driving anywhere and just a 20 minute drive to downtown Victoria if you feel like touring. We stayed in the 1 bedroom and love the quality and size of the room. The bedroom is very large with a desk area for working and the ensuite is super nice. The bed was very comfortable. If you don't want to use the pull out bed as an extra bed, you can ask for a roll away bed which we did. It was much more comfortable than an average roll away bed, as it is a regular mattress, not a folding mattress. Our balcony overlooked the golf course and was very relaxing to sit on it and just enjoy nature. Also, there is secure underground parking that was easy to access. We received excellent service during our entire visit.

This hotel has been newly renovated, so everything looks new. Close to downtown, free parking, new amenities such as hand held shower head, air conditioning. There is a playroom in the lobby as well. Price is also very reasonable, would recommend for visitors to Victoria.

The appearance and environment are poor, but the room has been renovated and is large and clean, with free parking and breakfast included. When placing the order, I saw that the breakfast was buffet style, but when I checked in, the restaurant was under renovation and it was changed to room service. It was just two or three slices of toast, a boiled egg, a small cup of coffee and tea. It was a very poor breakfast! The upside is that the room is big and clean and the bathroom is very nicely decorated! If you are traveling with a family, it is not recommended to stay here!

Old hotel renovation, near Save on food, there is no elevator so it is difficult to take big baggage upstairs, but the room is tidy and clean, especially the bed is comfortable, just one night be there and not bad experience.
