This is a place where we rest on the way from Vancouver to Banff. Grizzly Town is a small town with few people. This hotel is the best hotel in the town. It is a 3-minute walk from the supermarket and the room facilities are clean. Hygiene, the only dissatisfaction is that the treadmill in the gym is leaking! Leakage! Leakage! ! ! !
The location is beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately far from the main town which is not practical for those like me who don't own a car. There is taxi service for about $30 to get to town, which is actually less than other vacation spots in BC, and the area itself of the hotel is a good getaway from anything loud. I enjoyed my time here. Nice pool, hot tub and sauna. Breakfast is included which is practical but the resto is closed in evenings due to Covid. You can order food if needed.

The hotel gave us a big surprise. We booked a three-bedroom suite, with a master bedroom with a bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric stove, and the kitchenware was also very thoughtful, with a variety of pots, knives, bowls, plates, and cups. The coffee was also very delicious. There was a beautiful river at the door of the room. We arrived at the hotel after 4 pm, and my friends sat in the chairs at the door and relaxed. This hotel is highly recommended by friends for travel.
The town is beautiful, the hotel is also very good, clean and quiet, just next to the police station, haha, the complimentary breakfast is also very good!
The front desk staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and our request for an extra pillow was taken care of immediately. The rooms are what you’d expect in a basic motel but the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The microwave, coffee maker and fridge were useful to us as we were on a touring holiday. Lots of restaurants within walking distance of the motel and live music in the town square. Would definitely return.
The shop is opened by the Chinese people. The two front-end mushrooms are warm and courteous, the room is not big, but the two oversized beds, the facilities inside are newly changed, no matter whether the heater and the bathroom are warm (the general car hotel bathroom is not heating) are suitable for 咱Living habits, clean and healthy. To pass the motel standard, is the highest, not one.
Very nice place in downtown Revelstoke. Prices are reasonable. Rooms have all you really need, Beds are comfy. Nice and clean units. It is quiet except the train but they don't run much at night. Chinese service, breakfast is very good, feel at home. There is parking, free of charge. 10 knives for an extra bed. There is boiling water, coffee and tea in the restaurant. It is open until 22:00 outside the meal. If you need extra time, you can call the boss, free of charge. Microwave in the room

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for 1 night on my way to Kelowna. It was booked through hotels.com as a dog friendly hotel. We drove for close to 10 hours and arrived around 9:30 pm ready to go to bed and get up to continue driving the next morning. I checked in, got the keys while my husband unloaded the vehicle. On our way in they stopped us as we had a dog and apparently the hotel wasn’t dog friendly, except for service dogs. While I understand the rules, it was booked as a dog friendly reservation. It was 9:30 pm and I had a 6 month old baby with me. They wouldn’t make an exception and while the front desk guy was friendly the lady was less than kind. She turned her nose up at us and implied that because we had a dog we had to take a crappy hotel instead. While service dogs are allowed they absolutely wouldn’t make an exception even though we had paid a large amount of money to be there for less than 12 hours with a well behaved lab. We ended up being finding a nicer hotel to stay at last minute for less money and I wish I had booked this one sooner. It would have been nice had they shown some compassion instead of turning us away so late at night. They did refund the money but that doesn’t change the fact it ruined the night, caused a cranky baby and very tired and stressed out parents trying to find a suitable place to stay with a dog and baby at 9:30 at night. I will avoid this chain from now on due to the lack of hospitality and compassion.
GGuest UserA hotel on the way to Banff, highly recommended. A typical motel, although the appearance of the house is average, but because it is a BW chain, the facilities in the house are complete and new. In fact, breakfast is included, with bacon, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, boiled eggs and various hot and cold drinks, which is enough for a western breakfast and provides enough calories for the next day's driving. The room is a little small, and the shower room is also small. There are various restaurants in the town center and parking is also convenient.

I would give this hotel a zero if I could, but the 1 star is for the front desk only. They were professional and nice and accommodating, but the cleaning staff needs to be fired. I’m surprised the health authority hasn’t been called. Doors don’t close tightly and latch to lock doesn’t work, the toilet isn’t sealed on the floor so You breathe in sewer smells, the walls are peeling and disgusting, I wiped the surfaces of both bathroom and table and TV cabinet and all had disgusting dirt on them. The beds…pull out a sheet of plywood and throw a sleeping bag on it and you’ll have just as much comfort!! Horrible!! One light in the whole room so dingy and dark. The hot tub was “under maintenance” the whole time so never got to use it and apparently this happens a lot according to reviews. The pool is supposed to be heated to 26 degrees of which it was not, glacial water is warmer. The pool area was disgusting!! The bathroom floors were nasty!! There was 1 bottle of shampoo for a family! For 250.00 a night if my hard-earned money could have been better accommodations! I will never stay here again and I won’t be recommending it to anyone!! No point in complaining to staff because according to reviews they don’t care. I’m thinking this is owner run, they don’t want to spend the money to repair/clean/fix up, run the hot tub, or heat the pool! Never again!! Oh and the vending machine is constantly down apparently, probably can’t afford to fill it.
