Great location and service. Purpose of our trip was to relax and have some good Chinese food. Hotel is right on Highway 7, walking distance to several malls with many restaurants. Short driving to more restaurants and shopping. Best Western is connected to Sheraton and we had to check in at the Sheraton desk. Tiffany was awesome. Her sunshine smile made us feel very welcome. Check-in was quick and she’s attentive to our questions. We’re happy that we asked her about nearby restaurants because those she recommended were all good. Staff at the gym were friendly and helpful too. Our room has 2 queen size beds and pretty roomy. We like the white sheets so we can tell they’re very clean. The only not as good experience is about the parking lot. The Leslie Street exit near Tim Hortons is a dangerous spot for pedestrians. Cars merge from 3 directions to exit + cars pulling into the lot. We had to dodge cars a few times. A couple STOP signs to direct traffic within the lot may help.
I’m appalled! Im a member of Marriott, so I chose to stay in this hotel every single time when I was in the area. Lately my experience with this hotel has been terrible! Last time they charged me $250 because someone reported my dog attacked a kid! They didn’t even investigate it until I called 6 times!(the girl worked at the front desk told me the manager will be there in 1-2 hours so I left my number. A few hours later I called to ask, I called the wrong number so it went to booking department, I explained what happened and asked to be transferred to front desk girl, because she is the one charged me $250. And guess what! Instead of talking to me, she made the booking department lady to tell me”She said that the manager will call you as soon as he’s back” I insisted on checking the security cameras and there were nobody got attacked!!! got my money back and their explanation was”someone too advantage of the hotel for a free night.”. So they made me pay for the night???
And I don’t even know why I stayed here again last night! I couldn’t believe my eyes ! What is going on with this duvet??!!!! I didn’t want to have any trouble with people when I’m traveling by myself so I only requested for another blanket, but it never came, so I spent a night without blanket.
I was going to show the front desk these pics but my phone was dead and I was in rush to go to my appointment. Anyways I’m done with this hotel!
The building exterior looked like it needed an update, but you can tell the rooms have been upgraded and really, that’s what mattered for me and my family. Laminate / hardwood floors are a plus - no gross carpet. The staff were kind and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed making their own waffles.
The location of the hotel is very good, there are many Chinese restaurants around, the Hong Kong-style tea restaurant opposite is delicious, the nearby Sichuan cuisine is almost seconds to kill the domestic Sichuan restaurant, the wife is so delicious!
This hotel is really good. Recommended recommended. Stayed one night, and it was good later. Noisy, but um, there is a sound of turning on the air conditioner, so the sound of the car outside is also offset, anyway, there is no one driving the horn outside here.

What travelers said about Richmond Hill attractions
Discover top attractions in Richmond Hill and book a nearby hotel for extra convenience.
Yonge Street
MM25***40This street is very attractive to me. It is indeed a tourist destination, with many restaurants and bars, as well as many cafes and shopping stores. The street is usually crowded. One of the biggest tourist attractions on this street is a large indoor shopping mall, the Eaton Centre. The street seems to be a center of attraction and activity in itself.
Richmond Hill David Dunlap Observatory
MM32***83An observatory with a long knowledge after the visit introduced a lot of astronomical knowledge, as well as human achievements in exploring astronomy, and displays of instruments used in astronomical observations.
Lake Wilcox
MM25***40The lake is protected and you can now enjoy its beauty! There is a large playground suitable for children of all sizes, clean bathrooms, and a boardwalk perfect for walking, running, cycling and pet walking, many places are suitable for taking pictures, and even choose the attractions of Diaoyutai
