Best Vancouver Hotels

Very nice hotel, not too noisy in the city center, clean and tidy, good service attitude, spacious and bright. Will book this next business trip. Highly recommend friends who give the line.

I booked a double bed but when I got to the hotel, the front desk told me that I booked a single bed. I contacted Ctrip customer service and they said there might be a problem with the middleman. I refunded some money, but I won't book overseas hotels on Ctrip anymore because it affects my schedule and mood. Although the front desk kindly gave me a small folding bed, it was too uncomfortable for a family of four to sleep on. Nice hotel with beautiful location and scenery

The hotel is great! All kinds of supporting facilities are complete, the toiletries are high-end and easy to use, the service is also in place, and you can order food and deliver it in the room! The surrounding environment is beautiful and convenient for travel. I will stay here next time!

Great location with outdated room. Swing door lock was missing. AC is not working (maybe I’m not using it properly). Biggest issue is noise level. It’s 12:26am and there is loud music sound coming from somewhere non stop for the last 3 hours. My room is on 13th floor. I don’t know if it’s because Friday night and maybe it’s from a bar at the ground level. Don’t people sleep here. Next time I’ll find another hotel. Vancouver was great tho After a call and a personal visit at the front desk, finally the noise stopped around 1:05am. It was from a rooftop party. I don’t think I can sleep tonight as I’m wide awake dealing with this issue. The following day, checked at the front desk and found out that on the weekends, there are parties on 15th floor rooftop between Thanksgiving and year end. I was able to switch room to 7th floor and the problem disappeared the following 2 nights. I loved the location and people were friendly but just beware that you may have to deal with loud music if you were to stay on 13,14th floor (maybe 12th floor) on the weekends in Nov/Dec.

The hotel is in a good location and the room is nice, but there is a strong smell of disinfectant. The hotel sent someone to ventilate and filter, but it didn't help much. After 2 hours of tossing and turning, we changed a room. You can put down your luggage at the hotel entrance when you drive back, but you can't park for a long time.

Excellent location, at Burred station, waterfront line skytrain. Our room was upgraded to Balcony room. Not sure if good or not because first morning awoke by crow calling. 2nd morning awoke by other guests closing doors and noisy chatting at corridor during quiet hours. Only a few minutes walking, you could reach any kinds of restaurant you want that haven't chance to try hotel's. Service rating is N/A, only check-in would meet front desk.

We have a bad experience with St. Regis. We told the front desk to help us to book a big taxi for 4 people to take us to airport in early morning, but the staff didn't mark it properly, when we double checked the 2nd time, the order wasn't there and turned out a small taxi came and they needed to reorder a big one for us. They mixed up the room charge, it was remarked to pay at the hotel, first time the staff gave us the wrong info that both rooms were already charged to my card. Then the next day, they said it was not charged yet, we told them we paid by different credit cards, but when we checked out, they charged both rooms on my card without my permission. Finally, they cancelled 1 room payment and charge it back to my friend's card. This is very unprofessional and I haven't received my statement yet and not sure if they really cancelled the wrong payment.

Good! In the city center, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the living is very comfortable, the front desk is very warm, go early, help us save the luggage, and take out the map, tell us where to go. well! I just don’t know if it’s because Ctrip’s house price is cheaper than other houses, and the room is facing the ice machine. It’s a bit noisy!

This is a classic hotel with an excellent location and convenient travel. You can shop and dine as you like. The service is attentive and meticulous. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the door staff are friendly. Worth looking forward to enjoying again.

Location is good. Grocery , restaurants and Drug shops are all in walking distance. Wash & Dry Combo machine is very useful for family stay. Front desk services are excellent 👍
