Positive: The building is very stoic and impressive. Personell is very friendly Negative: We booked a suite and we could hear the people next door showering and watching TV My wife booked a pregnancy Massage and was taken in 10 minutes late and let go 10 minutes to early (rip off!!) We were twice seated in the middle of the room, where no privacy has had to be had. Other people sat all around of you! Portions of all food are VERY small, for the price you are paying absolutely not worth it. Quality was okeyish (we were there two nights and ate breakfast and dinner there) Suite was kinda smelly and there was watter damage on the ground (suite has a jacuzzi) Luckily part of the trip was paid by a third party, otherwise i had felt ripped of very hard. You pay premium and recieve budget!

In het centrum van het dorp Agno gelegen B&B Regina. Het zijn erg mooie kamers en erg goed verzorgd. De kleine badkamer met inloopdouche is erg mooi. De bedden zijn heel goed. Alles in de kamer is heel netjes, niet heel ruim maar toch ruim voldoende. Uitstekend ontbijt, met lekkere broodjes en beleg. Ruime betaalde parkeergelegenheid.

It was a perfect stay with nothing amiss. The apartment had everything that was said in the advertisement. The front desk was very friendly and provided me with extra frying pans when asked. The kids television had a technical issue which got solved asap.

The people who work at Hotel Besso are extremely kind. Never in my life have I experienced such great hospitality before. They accommodated our every need, and when my father had a heart attack in Lugano one very kind man from the staff drove me to the hospital. They upgraded our room and made sure we were comfortable. The hotel is close to restaurants, shopping and the lake. You can see the lake from the balcony. We will surely be coming here again.

The rooms are very nice and the environment is beautiful. Sitting on the balcony of the room, listening to birds, drinking a little wine, and admiring the lights of Lugano Lake and the mountain homes on the opposite side, it is really a treat.
The room is equipped with an electric kettle, shampoo, and shower gel. You need to bring your own dental appliances and slippers.

This hotel close to the main train station shares its lovely grounds with a hostel. Our room was up a flight of stairs so suitcases had to be lugged up with no elevator. Our room had a balcony, but no curtains across the glass doors. Fortunately, there were shutters that could be closed to block the morning light and some of the train station noise. Alas, part of the convenience of being close to train station is train noise. Proper use of earplugs takes care of this issue. The bathroom is small and bath gel is provided only in tiny pouches. The bed is comfy and they provided an extra pillow on request. There a small frig and welcome AC in this warm part of Switzerland.
