"Cleanliness: I booked a room for two consecutive days. When I extended my stay on the second day, I found that the room was only partially cleaned (the sheets and quilt were all wrinkled and there were hair and eyelashes). But I paid the same price for the room I booked for two consecutive days. Extending my stay means that the room can be cleaned less? ? ? ! Facilities: The room is very small and can only fit a 28-inch suitcase. If there are two or more suitcases, they can only be placed in the bathroom Breakfast: The only good thing is that the breakfast is delicious Location: The location is very close to the train station and convenient"

"I booked a room with a mountain view for one night, but the actual view was half of the neighboring mall's rooftop. The room rate was very high, and the room was very small. I would not recommend spending extra for a room with a mountain view. Although the hotel is located next to Interlaken West station, Interlaken Ost is actually more convenient for traveling."

"Interlaken is very close to the West Station, with convenient transportation. The house is also beautiful, with a large kitchen on the first floor. If I had known, I would have stayed here for a few more days to radiate the surrounding areas."

"The hotel is located between Interlaken West Station and Interlaken East Station. Bus 103 is just outside the hotel and you can reach Interlaken Ost. The hotel is well equipped. Kitchenware, tableware, dishwasher, and microwave are all available, but you need to take out the garbage before leaving to ensure the basic hygiene of the hotel. The breakfast is also good, especially the boiled eggs, which are cooked just right and very tender. In short, this is a highly recommended hotel for family travel"

"My stay at the Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, perfect for working or streaming movies. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, making every shower enjoyable and invigorating. "We stayed at this hotel for 6 night in late May 2024. Our room is big enough for 3 and the view facing the river is very good. It even has a balcony. The hotel is about 10-15 min walk from Interlaken West station. It is close to the main street but not noisy at all."

"Nice location. Breakfast is normal. Nothing like 4 star. You need to prepare your own omelette. Beds were not comfortable. However, receptionist are dedicated and willing to help you. Got free tickets for buses."
