First ski holiday with my family. 3 kids 9, 7 and 5. They all loved the experience and the location and facilities of Rocks resort hotel made it this way. The staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The apartment to the lockers to the gondola was all within 5 mins. Very easy to check in and check out. Plenty of ski gear to rent. The ski school was the best decision we made all week. We put the 3 kids in 9.45 to 3.15 and included lunch. This allowed us parents to enjoy our trip too and the kids thrived. I went up the mountain with them in last day and down the blues. The slopes were good too. I will definitely be back and will stay again in the rocks resort.

Central and yet surprisingly quiet hotel. (South room). Everything is within walking distance in the immediate vicinity: mountain railways, sports shops, hairdresser, bakery, grocery store and 8 restaurants for every taste. Beautiful, clean wellness facility. Reservation and check-in quick and easy. Helpful and friendly people everywhere in the hotel. Downer. As a long-time guest (around 80 stays in summer, autumn and winter since 1995) you feel the interaction is cool. All but two of the familiar faces in the reception and restaurant have disappeared. The Rocksresort turned the whole thing into a huge operation, which works well, but you no longer feel at home. In my opinion, hotel guests should be treated more personally than guests in the resort's dozens of apartments. The price is quite a bit higher. The way it works now is like at IBIS or other business hotels. And this: the parking space in the underground car park costs a princely 20 francs per night. Once when I wanted to drive back in from a trip, they said the parking garage was full. After a discussion with the parking attendant, I was let in and, after a long search, I was able to park my car in a damp and dark corner on the lowest floor. Reported this to reception. Was accepted. Reaction zero. A pity.

We will certainly return to these youth hostels. It is light-fluid, simple, modern, but still cozy and practically furnished. The staff were very helpful, competent and friendly. The restaurant offered fully in line with our expectations. There were cheap and delicious evening menus for CHF 19:50 (3 gangs), a variety of choices for vegetarians, lactose-free products and free chicken water. TOP I found especially the SPA area, which is much more modern, lighter and generous than the wellness facilities we previously visited (e.g. Rigi, Vals, Feusisberg). Only the garage could be cleaned better. After 3 days our car was equipped with a thick dust layer.

The team that operates this hotel is outstanding. It all began with my first meeting with the hotel manager Stephanie when my partner and I were planning a large group retreat at La Siala Hotel. We had a list of requests and questions to which every request we had to make the stay special for our guests was answered with no problem, we can do that for you. This attitude filtered down to the staff in reception to the dining room. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating and took such amazing care of us. We already booked our next stay.

I can only recommend the beautiful Hotel des Alpes in Flims ❤️! The hospitality of the hotel staff was amazing throughout our stay and they really stole our hearts when they organized a warm welcome to our two dogs by providing them with a nice bed, as well as food and water bowls. The hotel is in excellent central location and the rooms are modern and clean. A modern swimming pool with a fantastic mountain view was just a cherry on top of this amazing experience. Keep up the good work!!

We were spontaneously travelling to the Allied Country and instead of booking a hotel via the Internet we went directly to the Hotel and asked for a free room. On the homepage of the hotel it was stated that the price when booking directly on their homepage ggy. other platforms is 5% deeper. We have got a room. All was in good condition. We were surprised to check out when no 5% discount was noted on the bill. On my request, the Lord said that you can only get the discount if you book directly with them on the homepage instead of Booking.com. But we did, we personally asked for a room on the site without having to pay a part of the room price to an intermediary. He could not explain what the difference should be when I book via my own homepage or ask directly at the reception for a free room. Because I didn't want to discuss endlessly and let me lose my holidays, I paid the higher price as it was at Booking.com. For us it is clear, we will never visit this hotel again. Good service and fair to the guests is something very different.

Todor was absolutely delightful as a waiter in the hotel’s restaurant. He is a charming personality who delivers outstanding service. The food is amazing as well. We had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was also very enjoyable with a superb ambiance.
