The hotel is a bit far from city center. However with train and bus we can still arrive arrive Bern center or Thun within 30 minutes.
The room we stayed faces to the East. It is actually a problem because when the sun rises, it shines and heats the window. At the early morning we keep hearing the popping noise on windows caused by thermal expansion and contraction and we cannot get any sleep.
Besides, I don't know if the bed linens were not clean or if overly harsh detergents were used. The next day, the areas of my limbs and torso that came into contact with the bed were very itchy.

You need to take tram to Bern centre which the tram comes frequently and took around 10mins only. The room is spacious and quiet. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There's no supermarket or convenient store around the hotel.

Service: The front desk service attitude is very good, but the English is not very standard. When checking in, they overcharged the parking fee (we didn't actually drive), and later the overcharged fee was refunded to the card. Overall good.
Facilities: The room is large and comfortable. When I first checked in, I found that the TV had no power and the hair dryer was broken, but after contacting the front desk, the maintenance master quickly solved it and it had no impact.
Food: I think Switzerland is expensive, so I didn't order food at the hotel.
Overall: The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation and close to the rose garden. After dinner, the family slowly walked over and it was very comfortable. If you bring children, it is worth considering.

The hotel is three (3) to four (4) kilometers away from the Old Town of Bern and less than one (1) kilometer away from the New Town of Bern.
The breakfast buffet has a great selection of food at a very reasonable price. We saved a lot by adding it on our trip considering that a decent meal on nearby restaurants costs at least 30 Francs.
The rooms are just right when it comes to their size. There is no heater, hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush though, only the basic toiletries are provided.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Bern.

The room is warmly furnished and well equipped, there is a warm light on the door, and then there are convenient hangers and tables that allow you to easily hand things in your hands, just like returning home!
Every furniture is placed very carefully, there are small snacks, candy and mineral water, the small restaurant can cook by itself, tools and seasonings are complete. The details of the careful layout are displayed everywhere, I like it very much, I will stay here next time I come to Switzerland.
The self-check-in information is detailed and there is no trouble.

Very pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The last day of breakfast remembers the wrong time, when we went to breakfast, we started to receive the meal, or let us take the bread to eat on the road. Promised to write a review for the boss, I hope he can understand Chinese.

The staff was very polite and willing to answer questions and taught me how to get to the city center by car,
Apartments are not far from the tourist area. If you take the car for about 6 minutes, the shift of the car is also very dense, but because the house is near the suburbs, it is inevitable that some small insects will enter the room because they are on the light.
