Ffr_philThis was our second stay at the Palais Bad Ragz and just like the first time, it was just perfect. The Palais is part of the Grand resort Bad Ragaz which has two other luxury hotels and the Tamina Therme, which you have access to. The pools/therme complex in this hotel is just amazing. The service is second to none and all the staff are here to cater to any desire you may have. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The place is not cheap but you get what you pay for and even a little bit more. It is the perfect place to relax and forget about everything else.

it was my daughters birthday and we could not have had a better experience! I contacted them ahead of time and asked if they could decorate and if we could get a cake (which I saw you could get on there website). when we checked in everybody was very friendly and when we got to the room (a corner suit) it was gorgeous the room itself was great and the birthday decorations were lovely. we decided to have dinner there and we had the daily menu (5 courses) the food was great. they decorated the table and after dinner (we were already full) they brought the cake, which we thought they forgot, out it was beautiful! we had it for breakfast too. everybody was so nice the whole stay was great.

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très calme, bien que j'aie l'impression que Bad Ragaz ne soit pas vraiment une ville tumultueuse ;). Il faut compter un petit 1/4 d'heure à pied depuis la gare. La chambre est très spacieuse, la literie (dure) parfaite a mon goût, la salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle. Un tout petit bémol dans la chambre, il manque un peu de place et un siège adapté pour travailler. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est à l'image du reste, très complet. Cela beau être un trois étoiles, cet hôtel est très confortable. Le rapport qualité prix est (hors saison - en octobre) excellent.

GGuest UserThis was a really very good stay! The hotel is located on a highway above the Walsee with a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake. The hotel appears to be a church meeting center. My room incl. Bad was very good, modern furniture, sufficiently large, top-top clean, large balcony. There was a small refrigerator on the room. On the top floor there is a roof terrace with view as well as a small fitness room. It has a very large, free parking. Wi-Fi was also free and worked well. Breakfast is available in the hotel meeting center and was good. The check-in worked without personal contact via a terminal. This worked technically well, but I don't feel like paying the bill without just having seen the room. I also wonder if it really is to be sought to save this personal contact, but it seems to be the spirit of time. But I felt very well in all - once I'm back in the area, I'll try again to book a room here.

GGuest UserWe spent a week in this hotel to drive to the Flumerbergen skiing. The location is also good for families. In 3min. You are with the car at the gondel underterzen and in 20min. In Tannenheim where you can go to the gondel. The staff is familiar and very friendly. Breakfast buffet is small but fine and you find something for everyone. Also for dinner we were there 3x. It was excellent! All very fresh and prepared and made with a lot of love. Price-performance absolutely suitable! The room is convenient and clean. It was just a good 5+7 size for us and our two children, because we were out of the world every day, but for the next time we would prefer something bigger - but this is a detail. Thank you very much to the hotel for the beautiful holidays we were allowed to spend with you. We will come back ;-)

GGuest UserWe booked a room with a beautiful lake view from the 3rd floor for 2 nights. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was very fine with many types of cheese, bread and jam. The restaurant is also delicious. Currently the autumn menu. Value for money with this view is right - for the hotel and restaurant. The lunch menu was also fine. Large classic ice cream menu. Also here very friendly patient staff. The area is - despite the weekend - very quiet. We didn't have any problems as other guests report that it would be noisy in the evening/morning?! We also slept with the window open - there was no air conditioning - but the noise level was normal and even before 10 p.m. it was quiet in the area. An ideal place to relax by the lake as well as to eat in a nice ambience.

GGuest UserThe hotel was used by me in the framework of a bus trip with a German bus company. I personally had a single room that was very well equipped with modern. Bed with kit option. Top bathroom with big shower. Big TV on the wall, safe and daily Zimmerreinigung.2 x within 5 days a free bottle of mineral water on the room. Breakfast was super for a group dishes. Two very large coffee machines, there was never a congestion. Excellent coffee specialities. Yes, and the hit every morning a top Swiss cheese buffet, min 5 cheese varieties for the same cutting(naturally with the Swiss cheese cutter!) evening choice menu, 4 times it always tasted well and who wanted could get a multiple bonus. Don't forget , the very friendly staff in service. On the roof terrace you have a wonderful view in the beautiful mountain landscape or the castle of Sargans.

GGuest UserWe arrived later at night than anticipated. The man at the front desk was understanding & generous as he carried our luggage up to our room. Our room was cute& cozy. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious & many selections to pick from. Hotel was in a great location. About A 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Because of the friendly staff, I would stay at this hotel again!

GGuest UserThis hotel suited our needs, as we wanted to explore the untourist part of Switzerland. The hotel was the first hotel we have booked on the trip app which was not prepaid. When we arrived at the hotel it was automated entry with us entering our details into a entry machine by inputting your name and locating your booking and inserting payment card. Your room key is than printed and you swipe in.
The rooms are clean with a nice decor with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The beds are comfy and we slept well as located in a quite location. Maybe too quite for some as most shops where closed. There is a local pub near by with friendly bar staff. Breakfast is provided but limited with choice compared to other places we have stayed. I liked that freewater was provided in the room which was a nice gesture. Bathroom is functional with very good shower pressure.

+ The room was huge, very comfortable and had a Netflix account set up on the TV + The restaurant was really good, we enjoyed steak and wine + Great location in the centre ' There aren't always staff around, but when they are they are friendly ' The breakfast was fine - It would be good if there was a proper luggage storage (also for snowboards) - It would be good to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion in the room, rather than the tiny bottles of ”all in one” - It would be good if the room was cleaned and new water and coffee provided each day (it was only the bed that was made) - It would be good if the toilerties were from Rituals as advertised - I was disappointed
