Excellent hotel. Easy to settle. Keep it safe to not worry about whether you can get to the hotel (write about the difficulty of checking in) Important!!! Make sure the Internet works in advance and you can use the translator. We didn't work, but the letter with the booking number opened, because everything was normal. 1. A letter will be sent to the mail with the booking number and reference on which all the accommodation data are available. If not, please write to the hotel yourself and send it on the same day. The booking code/booking number is Latin big letters and number. Write them out there to find without the Internet then 2. Go to the e-registration link in advance, enter the address of residence and other data you are requested, and at the end you will write that you are successfully registered 3. Come to the hotel. The entrance door is open, come to the hall. Just on the left is the machine to get the opening card. Take the card, place the right to the magnetic space. On the apparatus, click to start registration and enter the booking number and your name in the next field. Then, then, then, then (the machine will give you all the fields you filled in in paragraph 2) and start magnetizing the card. At the end, the machine will write your room number. It is always nice to be guest at the bookstore. I am always stayed on the fourth floor where the rooms are very large and modern. It is also offered water and a rain screen, as well as a small refrigerator in the room and a large in the entrance area. The staff is super, very helpful and flexible. Also the restaurant is very nice to sit out on the terrace and has fair prices. To soon!

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très calme, bien que j'aie l'impression que Bad Ragaz ne soit pas vraiment une ville tumultueuse ;). Il faut compter un petit 1/4 d'heure à pied depuis la gare. La chambre est très spacieuse, la literie (dure) parfaite a mon goût, la salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle. Un tout petit bémol dans la chambre, il manque un peu de place et un siège adapté pour travailler. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est à l'image du reste, très complet. Cela beau être un trois étoiles, cet hôtel est très confortable. Le rapport qualité prix est (hors saison - en octobre) excellent.

First thought, we may get disturbed with Church Bell after reading some reviews however Not at all. Location is superb as Bus stop 1 minute for Pizol, Tamina Thermal pool , Shps, Restaurants, Shops , Train Station are walking distance The Best Bakery with best coffee and Very hospitable owner/ staff just next to It - FASSLER Room was very clean, comfortable bed, large TV with thousands channels, Fridge, Tea& Coffee… Breakfast was really quality with plenty choices with daily fresh bread & croissant , No hot food but be honest we did not miss :-) There was fresh orange juice but seems only Saturday & Sunday mornings! We ate at their Restaurant 1 day. Very delicious food, very polite service Team. Loved the lentil soup, Thank you chef! No staff around, keys are on the reception desk when you come. We met a lady ( sorry can not remember her name, from Portugal ) who was very hard working, polite, helpful and Hospitable. A few area to improve Very bad smell like sweage when you enter the Hotel - all 6 days we stayed Checked boiled Eggs , seems Not daily put as we wanted to have on first day but it was off. We did not try after Overall, Great place to stay, we will be back and recommended

it was my daughters birthday and we could not have had a better experience! I contacted them ahead of time and asked if they could decorate and if we could get a cake (which I saw you could get on there website). when we checked in everybody was very friendly and when we got to the room (a corner suit) it was gorgeous the room itself was great and the birthday decorations were lovely. we decided to have dinner there and we had the daily menu (5 courses) the food was great. they decorated the table and after dinner (we were already full) they brought the cake, which we thought they forgot, out it was beautiful! we had it for breakfast too. everybody was so nice the whole stay was great.

This hotel suited our needs, as we wanted to explore the untourist part of Switzerland. The hotel was the first hotel we have booked on the trip app which was not prepaid. When we arrived at the hotel it was automated entry with us entering our details into a entry machine by inputting your name and locating your booking and inserting payment card. Your room key is than printed and you swipe in. The rooms are clean with a nice decor with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The beds are comfy and we slept well as located in a quite location. Maybe too quite for some as most shops where closed. There is a local pub near by with friendly bar staff. Breakfast is provided but limited with choice compared to other places we have stayed. I liked that freewater was provided in the room which was a nice gesture. Bathroom is functional with very good shower pressure.

Well equipped hotel with super service! Breakfast offer is great and the staff very friendly! I will come again with pleasure! The location is great, as it is right by the highway exit. Nevertheless, you do not hear the highway. It is very quiet and idyllic. You can hike to the Heidialp in 1.5 hours or in about 45 minutes to Bad Ragaz.

We arrived later at night than anticipated. The man at the front desk was understanding & generous as he carried our luggage up to our room. Our room was cute& cozy. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious & many selections to pick from. Hotel was in a great location. About A 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Because of the friendly staff, I would stay at this hotel again!

This was our second stay at the Palais Bad Ragz and just like the first time, it was just perfect. The Palais is part of the Grand resort Bad Ragaz which has two other luxury hotels and the Tamina Therme, which you have access to. The pools/therme complex in this hotel is just amazing. The service is second to none and all the staff are here to cater to any desire you may have. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The place is not cheap but you get what you pay for and even a little bit more. It is the perfect place to relax and forget about everything else.
